    What do you think about remove pre bed meal in cut phase to stay more hours more hours of fasting?

    Or better only fat and protein meal?

    I do my actually meal 5 at about 8/9 pm and my last at 11 pm…and the day before breakfast at 9 so about after 9/10 hours

    If i remove last meal i stay more hours fasting about 12

    Makes 0 difference pin your Gh while you eat doesn’t matter – takes a while for it to peak so food does not impact it at all

    In my last meal i usually eat
    50 oats
    250 egg white with 30 isolate
    20 peanut butter

    Do you think i can take my hgh immediatly after meal amd go bed?
    My goal is get in contest shape

    I decide to move in 2 step cut:

    Mon rest 300cho 3ui lantus
    Tue push 550 refeed 8ui
    Wed rest 300 3ui
    Thr pull 350 4ui
    Fri legs 550 refeed 8ui
    Sat push 400 5ui
    Sun arms upper back 350 4ui

    Push muscle are my weakness

    Prep

    1050 sustan
    700 primo
    500 mast
    150 tren hex

    0.5 arimid day
    0.25 cabergoline tue/fri

    10ui hgh pre bed
    100mcg igf1lr3 post wo
    400mcg peg mgf mon wed

    What do you think about it?

    I do think with the sust you’re potentially going to get harder spikes of E2 due to the ester blend even with a daily dosing.

    Now this may not be an issue at all for some but for those E2 sensitive it may cause more issues than using E or C.

    I use sust by over ome year because when i dont pin daily , test ena gave me some pip..

    But probably this problem can be reduce pinnig daily

    If the meats are uncooked weights, then this will give you around 270g total protein, which I think is fine at your bodyweight. If the meats are cooked weights, then the amount may be a little high, and you may want to drop some in favour for more carbs during a cutting phase. Having said that though, if you feel good on this amount and you perform and recover well, then great.

    So in your opionion its not a optimal choice add 60 g of pro a day but mantein my initial choice

    I cant tell you what makes sense for you because I dont know anything about you.

    logically I would pull NPP out and oxy out.

    I would let the body have a period of a little less stress.

    then potentially creep low dose tren A in.

    Last cutting phase i use 10ui hgh daily but i never use lantus, all go great

    This year i introduce lantus in bulking and i know that now i have to reduce it while i reduce cho

    But it s better if i remove completely?

    I think i dont have problem with blood sugar becuase i eat less cho.
    It can be a obstacole to fat loss?

    Or is better mantein a minimun dosage ?

    Exogenous Gh is not affected by insulin , eat & pin Gh doesn’t make any difference, it takes hours to peak so waiting doesn’t make sense

    I usually do my last meal at 11p.m
    With oats egg white iso and peanut butter

    Normally i pin hgh at 2 or 3 am during night
    to exploit the lipolytic benefits

    I normally do my first meal at 9am so 6 hours later

    But if you say that is no difference i can try to take after my last meal
