I decide to start cut phase now, about diet how much carbs do you advice me to cut in the first step?
I usually follow a carb cycling with 2 refeed days a week
My split is:
Mon rest
Tue push
Wed rest
Thru back
Fri leg
Sat push
Sun back armsI usually refeed on tuesday and on friday because i need to mantein more volume as possible in front pose (chest shoulder)
Do you think is an optimal choic?

So by this when i will reduce food instake for cut i can remove totally lantus?
First step i think to reduce 200 cho td and 100 ntd
After i usually stay about in a carb cycling
With 3 low days at 300cho and 1 day refeed about 500choLast year i get in shape with this but i never use lantus before this year
I only use 10ui gh in cut -
Heavy ish cycle
Layout and drug choice looks good
Ratio looks good if this works well for you.
Don’t see any issues overall. Personally I’d have the slin pre not post I think but that’s it
If your rolling straight into a cut and blood work is good n E2 is good no real need to change anything initially
One may switch NPP to tren
May switch GH up to spread over the day
May remove oxy for Var
May increase Adex over time.
Impossible for us to be accurate here as we don’t know you now can predict how things will progress.

I have same cts problems , i never had this issue at 10 ui for over 6 months but now it s very hard
Its good idea drop hgh to 5 or only manage sodium?

I Usually take 250mg at meal 1 and 250 at meal 5( the highest in carbs) about 8pmI notice that met in the morning cause me more weakeness, i can take all of my dosage at meal 5 or another timing ?

You want to drop more initially, if you drop too much can always re add food , if you make a small change initially
And fuck all happens your wasting time
