I’m approaching the end of this push phase/cycle, so I thought I’d lay out where I ended up PED wise. Total load is 2.2g which is the highest I’ve ever been to. The cycle length was 23 weeks in total, tapering up through those 23 weeks.
Test E – 1000mg/week
NPP – 600mg/week
– I felt surprisingly good on this
Mast P – 600mg/week
– This has only been in the past 3 weeks as I couldn’t be bothered sourcing primo
GH – 8IU (pre-bed)
T4 – 100mcg/day
Lantus – 20IU/day
Humalog – 10IU pre-workout
I felt great on this, BP did rise to around 145-155/75-80, but this was only towards the end of the push. Skin has never been better, I think I’ve had 3 spots in those 23 weeks.
As of next week I’m going to pull back slightly to the following for 10 weeks;
Test E – 325mg/week – I’ll drop this further as the weeks go on
GH – 2IU (pre-bed)
Hi Andy, how do you split insulin lantus in training and rest day ?
How much time pre wo you take 10 ui humalog ? Which amount of carbs pre e and intra wo?

Looks totally fine to me – as long as Digestion is good and your weight moves up your golden. If it doesnt then up the carbs

2 ui pre wo but if i take insulin pre wo i have to remove this 2’ui of hgh
In rest day you advice me to remove fast insulin or use it at breakfast?

So i can take all of my ui pre bed or mantein 2 split? In this case i can do 2ui immediatly after wo and about 40mins do my post wo meal with fast insulinAbout insulin in rest i cannot do it so? I use only fast insulin

On paper this looks fine, providing everything digests well and performance in the gym is good. Then it’s just a case of following it and monitoring feedback, ensuring a steady increase in scale weight and growth. Using IN-Sure before your high carb meals will help with carbohydrate utilisation and insulin sensitivity too.

I also use berberine 500mg at meal 1 and 5, lipoic acid 600mg with chromium 200mcg at meal 2 (prewo) and 4 (post post wo) -
In TD you add 2ui hgh immediatly post wo because you take insulun pre wo?
And how long from gh to post wo meal?

If just for injury prevention and well being the healing stack dose is great , kpv at 300/ day also great .

The ipa and cjc I need another good go on so I don’t have an opinion on that . I have some lr3 coming so again I can share once I have tried
