What about metformin split like this? -
I would go with 50g carbs during training and add in 3iu fast acting insulin pre training to start.
Asses tolerance and results and then can taper up from there

Move the oats out of your last meal, to during the day and then take gh just before you fall asleep

I much prefer small doses as if the product is real, you will notice that at 0.5 you will still get heart rate elevations and some bloating / gas. So you keep the shot to the pm , away from training so most of the issues that occur are while you sleep, and are not eating ! Despite it having a very long half life , the drugs actions are quickly onset , so low dose away from training is best .
Yes I don’t see a need for many tk go over 0.5mg
The only time is if you have dieted down on it , and reached maybe 1.2-1.3 a day and then your tapering back down as you reverse out and into offseason then you will have longer periods at 1 as your very used to the drug . But if food is high , and the goal is to take food higher , 0.5 a day is more than enough !
