Rest day
This morning I have already meal prepped my meals for the day and next few days.
Boxed off steps and meal 1 aswell
Time to food shop, UNI work and content creation and a more relaxed afternoon with haircut and chill. -
Legs

– Adductor x2
– Lying ham curl x2
– Leg ext. x2
– Hack squat x2
-DB rdl x1
– Controlateral split squat x1
Quality leg session this morning, felt good with all exercises and took progressions.
Lots of UNI work recently but we keep going -
Push
Abs crunch x2
S.A. Push down x2
Neutral grip shoulder press x2
Flat chest press x1
Incline chest flyes x2
Overhead ext. x3
Lying lat. raises x3 (RP. 20)
Nice performance across the entire session this morning. Pleased with that for sure.

All things are proceeding nicely.
Spent most of my day with studying on my laptop. Usual routine -

Progressions on most lifts in today’s session, can’t complain about that.
Usual business at home with UNI lectures and study. -

Usual rest day routine this Thursday with food shop and food prep for the following days / steps / meals and boxed off in the morning 2 UNI lectures.
This afternoon will work on content creation for my Insta profile.
And an early bed time for this evening -

Not much on paper volume wise but with the right effort it could become challenging. Good and steady prgressions in today’s session aswell.
