Good Saturday everyone!
Pull session yesterday saw no progressions on paper but again I m still beating myself going every session lighter than the previous one so let’s take it as a progression .
Today last session of the week, legs instead tomorrow rest day. Always very welcomed.

Morning guys,
Push session yesterday was off. Drop reps in most of my lift. Didn’t know what happened but we move on. No time to waste and I won’t let one session will ruin my week.
Pull today
Also after the check in Meg upped food and we aligned on my same split: UL rest PPL rest. -
Brief recap of these past couple of days.
Tuesday lower sessions was a decent one. Not overly happy with performance and some notes on execution to adjust for the next time.Rest day yesterday so no so much to report. Just a usual rest day for me.
Check in day today with Meg and will see the changes. BW has remained stable these past days so will see… apart from that push session this morning

Upper day this morning. Overall a nice session. I took progressions across most of my lifts.
One of the things I m most happy of is that now I m working with a special regarding my food relationship after this prep and in the meantime Meg will be bring me onboard! Hope things will only get better from now moving on!
Onto lower tomorrow.

Hi Daniel, firstly thank you for following my log! Really appreciated!
And no unfortunately we took the decision to part ways at the moment.
Right now I m only looking for to regain “alone” a healthy state because as I said my blood came back after this mock prep not pretty good and same my relationship with food. So firstly I want to reestablish again that and only after look for a coach!

Push session this morning. Overall satisfied with numbers up across several lift which in my stage are a win.
Now talking about my current condition. These past few months (6 correctly) I have tried to do a “mock prep” to gain experience and confidence with the process. I have been selfcoached which for a first timer is something even more complicated to manage but I m proud of the work I put into it.
I have made some mistakes but that’s the beauty of this journey and I m definitely ready to do it again. The driver for me will be always the performance in the gym and being able to retain numbers on the log book for majority of the time has been the most fun part of the process (kind of :))
But right now I know I can’t mantain this condition, I have been a low BF % for a lot and as a natural is not the most optimal condition. Bloods have come back not quite good and now it’s time to scale back. Now my aim is to firstly come back to a healthy condition managing “post show” correctly which I m honest will be the most difficult one.
From there due to the fact that my goal is compete in 2027/28 these future years will be spend only transitioning from push up / tidy up phases. Now it’s time to reset things and build up from there.
Highly recommend you get the help you need, the blood work is severely skewed from lack of food and refusing to eat in that position is dangerous. I hope it gets fixed as soon as possible. [/quote]
Totally agree with you Kuba and the plan is already set to fix it.
But alongside that my passion and dedication day in day out for this lifestyle won’t stop ever. That s for sure! Thank youNonetheless pull session this morning and as always back to work this afternoon. Have a great guys!
