Good morning guys,
Plan for this week is to train 4 times (today/tomorrow/ Friday/ Saturday) and same for next week.So today Upper session.
Unfortunately this year’s festivities for me won’t be cray. On Christmas Day I will basically treat it as a normal RD following my meal plan. -
Good Sunday everyone.
Usual Rest day for me today which consists of:
– meal prep
– house work
– admin work
– down timeNext week I aim to train 4 times due to Christmas and same for NY’s week.
My gym unfortunately is closed so no chance to follow my current split -
Yesterday push was what I call I “decent session”. Micro progressions and mostly numbers held.

Happy Friday everyone.
Yesterday I had a call with my coach Kuba to really reset everything after what s has been a difficult period post prep and we are now on the track.
As I said previously I have had one the worst period of my life post prep due to family difficulties regarding health.
Now that was the past and we have to think to the future

Morning guys, little recap of the last 2 days. Monday in for upper and session went ok, instead yesterday legs wasn’t the best. I know after a deload my body needs a LOT of time to find again the momentum built in the previous weeks.
Today last session pull/delts and hopefully tomorrow is rest day!

First couple of sessions of de volume (push and density) done. I still feel a little under the weather. Performance in the gym wasn’t the best but I will take it.
From tomorrow back to my usual slplit and volume. Let’s see what will be the progress in this next block.

Last day of the deload. I have taken bloods this morning and already prepared everything for the following days.
Today marks the first day I will coached again by Kuba. So if these past few months have been really difficult for me, now this one signs a new chapter of my life.
Tomorrow there will be the funeral of my loved one. Hope from there a black chapter of my life will close forever.

Good morning guys, so plan of action for this week is rest until tomorrow where I will take bloods and then just align to my split form Friday.
These past few days have difficult to be fair, I feel somewhat lost but right now I m trying to focus on the positive trying to look at the future and to at the past.
I have also a big news which really fuels my heart and can’t wait to share it with you.

Morning guys. Unfortunately these past 2 days I have had a lost and this fact threw me away.
This couple of weeks have been more difficult from a mental prospective but now I hope things will improve and I m sure they will.
Today would have been the first week with the new split with Upper#1. I will see what I can do

Today last de volume session and it will be push.Not much to report apart from that right now with Christmas approaching + the difficult period I m living in my life from a family prospective is putting my head not in a good place at all. But we crack on.
Tomorrow as always will be rest day and from Monday new split in place.

Back in the gym for de volume session lower instead tomorrow de-volume push. Nothing crazy, just trying to not bury myself and to re establish momentum.
Changes from check in:
new split
Upper/lower/ rest / Upper / lower / rest / rest. Recovery should takes a step forward with this in place. Will see. -
Deload time has arrived.
This week end had caught a cold and despite yesterday’s session was a decent one (still able to maintain numbers across all exercises), after the session I was drained.So 2 rest days + 4 de-volume sessions. Hope it will help me!

Saturday’s session simply was a no session. My mind but most importantly my body seemed to not respond. I m so disappointed but I try to not think about it.Sunday was a rest day so usual business as always: meal prep/house work/ getting everything sorted for this week/ cardio/steps

Good Saturday everyone!
Yesterday session was all in all a good one. Took small progressions on some movements (mostly +1 rep) and rest of the session matched.Today density day to finish the training week and looking forward to rest tomorrow!

Push session on the cards today. Will see where we land with numbers!
Other than that usual day at work after training in the morning. This week I m trying to squeeze a little bit more sleep going to bed 15 min before my usual 8:30 instead of 8:45 and even if it s minimal I m noticing a slight difference. (I wake up at 4:45 every morning)
