Morning guys and happy Monday.
Cardio boxes off this morning.
Push day today. Looking forward to it. Apart from that usual business. work from 2:00 to 6:30 pm. -
Usual rest day spent to do:
– house work/clean
– meal prep for the week
– steps
– cardio 30” (fasted)
– relax -
Yesterday session was ok. Despite being 58 kg yesterday morning I managed to hold numbers across all lifts!
Today lower:
– Calves x3
– adductor x2
– lying ham: x2
– rdl: x1
– leg ext: x2
– banded leg press: x2
– Bulgarian split squat: x1 -
Upper session will go down this morning. Then I will be at work as usual from 2:00 to 6:30 pm.
I feel well rested, ready to “win the day”.

I have been very busy at work last few days. Anyway here I am. This week my aim is to set baseline numbers and to see if volume in each session is all right. At the moment I can confirm that is spot on. 3 sessions in a row (push/pull/legs) are quite demanding so is important to find a nice balance.
Today is RD. Already focus on Upper tomorrow and then Lower Saturday. Can’t wait!

Not the best push session yesterday but we crack on! Pull day today and I can already imagine a stressful day at work!

Happy Monday guys. Today back to the gym for a Push session. Can’t wait!
Then I will be at work from 2:00 to 6:30 pm as usual. -
At the end I decided to the this week end off again just because Friday I felt demolished from these week’s sessions. Ready to come back tomorrow with Push.
Little update for what concerns my expenditure: right now I m hitting 15 k steps everyday (mainly they come from my job) and 25 min of cardio every morning (140 bpm on average)
My BW is still very low: 58.2 kg (lean lean) but I now have years of off-season ahead of me before I can appear on stage -
Today I wake up with my legs completely toasted. I tend to get doms not the day after legs and after 2 days plus having changed my split and the structure of the session is all understandable.
Nevertheless today is Push #2. Let s see what we can get!

Very much needed rest day for me after 3 sessions.
Usual rest day for me, spent to do admin work, food prep/shop, clean the house and in the afternoon at work -
New low this morning which isn’t what I expected being on my 3* week of my push up phase. (58.6 kg)
If it continues to come down I will bump up calories next week for sure.Today will be a Leg #1. Ready to smash myself as always..

From yesterday I have started a new training split which I know works best for me. I have used it in the past and it gave me the best outcomes!
The split is Push/Pull/Legs split / 2 variations / 5 times a week so it looks like this: push 1/ pull 1 / legs 1/ off / push 2 / pull 2 / off / legs 2 / push 1 and so on. A nice balance between frequency / volume / recovery.Today has been pull 1. First time I have hit this session so I have set baseline numbers and form ready to progress them in the following weeks.
Apart from that today will be 2:00- 6:30 work as usual.

Back home today from Milan. It has been a great day. Met some friends and moreover made new friendships.
Another reason why I love some much this lifestyle!The comp was very a high level one! Now back to my usual routine

Lower #1 on the cards today. Then after finishing the training session I will go to Milan. 2.5 trip and I will get there. It s going to be an exciting week end I m sure!
