    Rest day

    Productive rest day so far. Meal prep completed / Uni lectures completed / food shop sorted.

    Afternoon will be spent to do some content creation and a little down time.

    – Controlateral split squat x1

    Solid and progressive performance in today’s session. Felt stable and powered during movements.

    Neutral grip shoulder press x2

    Flat chest press x1

    Incline chest flyes x2

    Overhead ext. x3

    Lying lat. raises x3

    Small and consistent wins across today’s session.
    Other than that just a standard day of uni student.

    Start of the week with a pretty good Pull session.
    Not much else to report just usual UNI routine with time allocated to study and lectures etc.

    -Steps
    -Chill time in the afternoon with my parents

    – DB split squat x1

    – Standing calves x3 + RP

    Wrapped up another training week, a progressive one for sure!
    We rinse and repeat next week!
    Overall feeling good and ready every morning to attack the day.

    Rest day planned for today following my normal weekly training schedule.

    Got fasted steps / ice shower and first meal.

    The plan for today:
    Uni exam
    Food shop / food prep
    Content creation
    Chill with my mum taking her in a coffee shop.

    The week started with my first morning block of UNI work completed.
    Then meal 2 (pre) and onto a solid session with good progressions.
    Small steps each time to get 1% more.

    House works/food prep/food shop/steps and meals ofcorse and looking forward to a live lecture with Kuba regarding hunger management this morning!

    Upper session was a decent one this morning. I don’t actually know but I misloaded 2 lift lifting one more weight that planned and one less.
    It happens but all sets were to failure and that’s is n.1 priority!
