Rest day
Productive rest day so far. Meal prep completed / Uni lectures completed / food shop sorted.
Afternoon will be spent to do some content creation and a little down time.

Solid and progressive performance in today’s session. Felt stable and powered during movements.

The week started with my first morning block of UNI work completed.
Then meal 2 (pre) and onto a solid session with good progressions.

Upper session was a decent one this morning. I don’t actually know but I misloaded 2 lift lifting one more weight that planned and one less.
It happens but all sets were to failure and that’s is n.1 priority!
