    Rest day

    Nice and very needed rest day today which will be spend majority with my family and grandparents to celebrate Easter. No offplan foods for me but it will be nice being with them and spend some good quality time with them aswell.

    Reset for another big week incoming

    Lower De-volume

    – Triceps push down x3

    – Lying ham curl x2

    – Rdl x 1

    – Leg press x 2

    – lying ham curl x 1 (all pin 3)

    – DB split squat x1

    – Standing calves x3 + RP15

    First session back after the Deload. more cautious with loads and reps to set a nice base for execution and progress from next week.
    Rest tomorrow and we go again from Monday.

    Last deload day today.
    Enjoyed this 3 rest days in a row and most importantly I was able to catch up with uni work!

    We will re-start from tomorrow with devolume lower.
    An early night to prepare for it!

    Sorry for not updates but account was deleted for no reason so I called the support for help and I got it again so a brief recap

    Legs was another progressive session, happy with that definitely.

    From yesterday 3 days of rest as coach prescribed just to take a little reset before we continue to push.
    So tomorrow last deload day and a devolume legs on Saturday.

    Today has been just a standard rest day filled with food shop / food prep / uni work / content creation and a more chilled afternoon with my mum

    Solid Push session this morning micro-progression big win.
    Today has been just a steady day with Uni work and moreover check in photos to send to Meg for tomorrow check in!

    Week 18 of offseason and things are nicely progressing each week which I m happy about.
    Usual set up today and a full afternoon of UNI work.

    Usual routine for today:
    – food shop / food prep
    – house cleaning
    – content creation
    – chill with my mum in the afternoon likely in a coffee shop which is always lovely

    Another training week completed and pretty happy with today’s session. Lift progressed, job done.
    A quiter afternoon today before an early night since the switch in hour!

    Small but steady progress is only what matters at the end of the day and in today’s session we have taken small wins
    Usual routine today and an early bed time this evening

    Morning RD routine as usual
    -Fasted Steps
    – Food shop / food prep
    – house bits to do

    Try to get everything done by mid day so I can chill the rest of the day ready to attack the next couple of TD days

    Numbers in my head planned and executed, so a successful one!

    Rest day

    Normal rest day at home. Nothing really exciting, just usual stuffs:
    Meal prep / house bits / some admin work and a day off from UNI lectures.
    Chill in the afternoon and an early sleep time.
