Yesterday ended up being a very stressful day at work. The session in the morning went quite well. Some lift progressed , instead others held.
Today Lower #2.

Morning everyone! Yesterday session went very well. Took mini wins and that what matters most to me.
Today is a RD and I m gonna prepare all the suitcases for next weekend in Milan where I will go to see the Promuscle show! Can t wait to meet and see on stage all the guys between who @Nathanstyles and @phoebegoodwin!! Max support especially for TBJP athletesโ๏ธ๐ -
Yesterday session went very well. Received also some positive form feedback from the coach which makes me really happy.

I feel well rested today, ready for my Upper #1 session this morning.
After that I will work from 2:00 to 6:30 pm as usual.

Rest day very welcomed for me today! Yesterday was also a RD however I had a flu (I know why and it was simply because I maybe exaggerated with air conditioning the previous day) lesson learned ๐๐ .

Yesterday session was a good one. Even if my weight average was down 0.4 kg this past week I maintained my lift with same execution.
Today is check in day so we will see the changes. We should be in a push up phase but my BW this past 2 weeks has come down so this means we are in a deficit yet.
Nonetheless Legs on the menu today! -

– admin work
– food shop and to prepare/cut all the meat for the week
– steps

– house jobs

Lower #1 on the menu today. Yesterday session was decent. I took some progression here and there and maintained numbers in all other lifts. Considering my BW was down in comparison to the previous one I will take it.

Here we are after 2 back to back rest days. Upper #1 today, looking forward to see some progression!
