Rest day
Thursday rest day as usual.
Morning activities already boxed off before meal 1.
Meal prep / house works and admin work scheduled for today. -

– Controlateral split squat x1
Solid session this morning with steady progress across the board!
Morning activities which were planned are completed and will get everything done by this evening as always which is mainly UNI work! -

83.5kg this morning with some vacuums
Been doing alot the last few days to settle myself in while moving.
Bank , new phone and number , driving etc.
bought about 3 weeks of groceries in bulk lol so I’ll be all set for prep beginning.
Got in few contacts with regards of work so I’ll be having a few chats about it all
Found a very good community bodybuilding gym that Is trained by IFBB pro coaches and IFBB members who train there too
Trained there a few times already last year and they have this meet up training sesh there so I might pop in.
Say hello , see some faces , try network even.
The gym that is near me is quite good , has all I need and is very near
When I get to drive , I’ll train at the BB gym.
Have to redo lisence (Aussie fuckers haha)
Had an amazing push day today and in good spirits.
Still quite watery visually since sleep still has been terrible from jet lag so I’m really hopping things pass by very soon

Moving forward with this session. Happy but never satisfied! So will improve as always in every aspect of life!

Positive session this morning. Majority of progressions came from reps / better execution and happy with that.

Felt good today and took nice progressions.

Another successful training session with good progress across each exercise.

Busy rest day scheduled for today with my morning spent to do usual meal prep / food shop / house works
Afternoon will be UNI lectures and a business call for my social media’s manager.
Rest of evening will try to wind down and an early bedtime

Productive session this morning. All movements felt good and took progress on every exercise.

Quality session this morning. Slightly up in load this time and focused on getting more reps or better execution.
Currently getting steps in in between UNI.
Will get home, shower, last meal then an early bed.

Started the training week with pull. Got nice progressions today but aim next time is to tidy up some executions and get + reps if they are there!
Uni lecturers and study today. -

Usual Sunday rest day. A lot of admin stuff to get done in the morning, plus meal prep and some food shopping for the week ahead.
Looking forward to wind down a little more in the afternoon prior to evening and an early bed time. -

A relatively “short” but nevertheless intense session. Got progress and happy about my lifts.
