Before the session started I already knew the numbers I wanted to hit, so I executed what I had written on the log book and got the job done.
Almost 4th week wrapped on this plan and enjoying it– Triceps push down x3
– Lying ham curl x2
– Rdl x 1
– Leg press x 2
– lying ham curl x 1 (all pin 3)
– Smith split squat x1
– Standing calves x3 -
Upper on the card today and progressed it really nicely.
Cable curl x2
– Y raises x3
– Smith chest press x2
– S.A.row x2
-Chest flyes x2
– Lat pulldown x2
– Upper back pulldown x2
– DB curl x1 (R.P.set)
Apart from the gym everything regarding workload is pretty high at the moment but still managed it the best as I can.

House worksYesterday Leg session was a solid one. Took progressions across all exercises so fairly happy with that as well.

Push day and it was definitely a great
one. Was up by reps on most lift so pleased with that.Abs crunch x2

Lying lat. raises x3
Standard work day. Workload near Christmas period is much higher but we crack on as always.

Rest day
Morning everyone,
Sunday rest day is already started with 45” cardio and the first block of steps before meal 1 and food prep.Admin work and housework before a chilled afternoon spent with my family.

Updates on last few days.
Friday upper and today’s lower both good session. Those kind of sessions where you already know you are on.
Aim to keep this momentum.Quite stressful days at work but overall handled them well.

Day started with my cardio / block of steps.
Then m1 / food shop and prep / house works / some admin work.Work shift this afternoon and then an early bed.

First 3 days in a row completed with legs today. Good progress today across most lifts.

Best gym in Milan is definitely “Paradise gym” however is a semiprivate gym. Best gym (equipment/ location wise are called “Action Fit”. They are equipped by Panatta and most of them are in the city center.

Leg session yesterday, again same with last push session the day before. Had to tweak the session layout a little but overall a good session.
Rest today so:
– fasted cardio / first block of steps completed
-food shop/prep completed
– house works completed
Now onto admin work.Can t wait to receive the Black Friday order….
