You not lowering training volume for reduce fatigue ? And you use oral befor training to aid performance ?
Woke up same weight today so holding since the high day. Yesterday I did 200 carbs.
I have felt bloated since yesterday so somethings definitely triggers my gut which is super super rare. Probably cos I went so low for 10 days it may have been a shock to eat that much food. Hence why I like to keep highs more regular

To be it’s a terrible drug, I only literally know a couple people who do well with it, other than that it’s terrible.
Most people who look for more fullness from drugs just need more muscle, drugs don’t make that much difference imo

Monday – 213.5lb – big drop off as expected plus no training Sunday so lower GH etc –
No cardio done as little miss was ups per early.

Make shift session again due to missing training Sunday as at shows. Basically I just add some delt and chest work to arms – 4 days per week is more than enough for were I am now.
Standing DB laterals – 4 x 12-15 reps – all hard work sets.
Seated DB front raise – 3 x 10-12 reps all hard work setsSeated Db curl – x 8, x 8, 2 x 12F with a drop set each set
Crucifix PD – x 8, x 8, x 11F with double drop set
EZ cable curl – x 8, x 8, x 9F with a drop set
V grip push down – x 8, x 8, x 12F with a drop set
Db preacher curls – x 8, x 12F
OH rope extension – x 8, x 14FChest press – 4 x 12-15 reps – all hard work sets.
Abs – 4 sets of leg raises.
PWO stairs – 10 minutes HIT.
Mondays session isn’t log booked – I just work with more volume for arms and additional delt/chest work –

Blood work back. – so I was using 260mg Test E from RAW – 35mmol – I switched to 210mg Test C from Rohm – 39.8 – so this defo is better dosed.
I added in 50mg primo and 100mg mast 2-3 weeks ago – E2 was over 200 and is now 135.so this for me is the perfect cruise set up for myself – circa 200mg test, 50mg primo and 100mg mast – I feel superb on in all areas and blood work is good in terms of hormone profile.
Cycle from here then based on this.
doubling test up to 400mg.
DHB -150mg
Primo -200mg
mast 300mg –The whole idea from here is to initially keep total dose at around 1000mg – push Gh a little higher 5-8iu daily and slowly bring some slin in when I start growing.
i want to see were this puts me as I focus on staying leaner and take my time and see how much I can milk from this and how lean I can stay.
Ill then potentially bump this up based on progress and how I feel/look over time – likely upping all of these in the same ratio – so just a little more of everything –
I do also want to bring in some stronger pre workout stuff as I go also –

Push today with Juris and the Dr and a very good session. Juris put me through 2 rounds of hard posing post workout and it’s exactly what I needed.
Changes are in well drugs are back in….
Held 324lbs in this phase dropped off to a low of 321lbs but a high day and a dense meal pushed me back up and I’ve held now for a week which is good.

hello hud – it really is impossible to lay this out in advance. You push for as long as you can make gains for and keep body comp sensible.
You then clean up as quickly as you can and get back to growing bud

Use insulin needles and play around and see what area is comfiest, sits best , causes least site reaction
My post was also a poke at James competitors to try to highlight the things they are doing , in the sense that this also only really matters if your doing the Arnold’s . If your doing the Mickey Mouse classic , matters much less

Hey guys. So … yeah yesterdays session was shit. I didn’t post them but my bloods recently said my test was at 11nmol so I know I’m not firing haha. But that was down to me and staying on true trt dose and maybe a touch low ye but it is what it is. So I think is obviously getting to me as I’m feeling symptoms of it now slightly. So from here now we just have to wait for the new dosage to kick in which is 300 test. 300 primo. 300 mast. But I will just do 600 mast as I don’t trust primo here. It’s not with the agg buying it, taking it for week and it be fake. I ain’t got time to waste like that so I just stick to mast as it’s more likely to be mast. So get this kicked in. Get this rest out the way tomorrow then should be fresh and ready. Might go sauna tomorrow to chill actually in the afternoon and try push recovery a bit.

Theres a little room for volume to be escalated here. But the session was awesome.
