After 24 weeks blast can maintan the muscles whit cruise life time user 200 test 200 mast or eq if blood are good and never blast again
Hi Mehdi – so to confirm you are looking for advice on a off season blast – for 12 months duration? I would never advise this personally.
I would look to cycle for 18-24 weeks depending on how things play out then cruise for 8-10 weeks and repeat –

After 5 meals I am 242 so been getting tighter and fuller all day
600 carbs
4 litres fluid
1g salt per mealTrained full body after meal 1
12.5 aldactone
1/2 diazide
With meal 4This should be enough to land me at my ideal weight / look tomorrow around 237-238
Then I eat and hold this for stage

Remove clen as this will help recovery by lowering resting heart rate. Steps can remain the same as low impact, but I would take cardio out. Calories would bring up to maintenance to aid recovery. You can use this as a de-load phase as training I would imagine will put strain / pressure on your eye

Legs was decent today. Strength was good but a couple of hiccups. Knees super sore. Not sure if it’s the stairs I’ve switched to last couple of days. And the hack was super stiff. Either bearings aren’t great or it needs greasing. Either way was horrible in the hole which didn’t help knees even more so. Dropped 10kg a side because of it too. But nonetheless strength was good so we rest tomorrow a lot to do and then we crack back on with push on Friday.

Finally home now after the most incredible trip! Lomggg journey home and only two hours sleep so super tired but early night then back to it tomorrow 🙏
Can’t even begin to explain how good this year has been. I did a video while out there for the JP site that should sum it all up pretty good so keep your eyes out for that one.
Having a few days to just collect myself and then going to have a conversation with Patrick about the future and make some plans re health phase and then what we want to do for off season and potential plans moving forward which I will of course share here 🙂

Even in 2 weeks out peter.can you dont use mast or you prefer a mix mast/eq?
I am a fan of using Eq in prep yes – it controls E2 very well for most, is a solid anabolic and also will potentially increase RBC which can be of benefit as long as your not some one that it increases to high which is rare.
As Nath says – its like with any other drug, its all about how you feel on something and how it effects your body.
EQ has been used in BB prepping for decades and I would say one of the most popular drugs to be used TBH.

Good pull session today that if I’m honest I was not super motivated for. At all … but I known what I need to do and I smashed it. Beat numbers with better form. So tick on the box and a decent rest day tomorrow before we get back to it. I think it’s time for a drop in calories tomorrow too. So time for a hard dig this week. Actually tempted to get very low and feed at weekend now. Really push it and remove a good 6/700cal and go for it. I need to get in shape and I’ve wasted time so let’s get it done.

Carbs 280. 8 weeks from holiday and 20 weeks from competition. My plan is to get a few kg away from stage while on holiday and then keep working in prep there but have one off plan meal per week. Then hammer down for the next part of prep when I return. Where I’ll be around 8 weeks out.[/quote] -

Good pull session today that if I’m honest I was not super motivated for. At all … but I known what I need to do and I smashed it. Beat numbers with better form. So tick on the box and a decent rest day tomorrow before we get back to it. I think it’s time for a drop in calories tomorrow too. So time for a hard dig this week. Actually tempted to get very low and feed at weekend now. Really push it and remove a good 6/700cal and go for it. I need to get in shape and I’ve wasted time so let’s get it done.

My weight up 1kg in 2 week on just 240 pro 200carb 50 fat and 20 min cardio every day i feel a recomp.but is a time to up cardio even if i feel recomping or just stay and look at visual peter?
I would just use 250mg test and 200mg primobolan intitially – I think going in to aggressive with the EQ and parabolan – I also think that dose of EQ to test ratio will crash E2

Also forgot to say, today menu is the 550g carb menu.
PED wise , I took all my weekly dosages last night. I’ve done this , all shots on a Sunday, for over a decade.

Ok thank peter i will check.when fat loss stall i will ad 5 min cardio because carb alredy low and up unitil 45min and cut 50g carb on rest day next time add clen ?
