I will be doing this next year. Likely just run testosterone at 150-200mg. Food I will hold at a slight deficit to stay lean and allow for eating out. Cardio liss and hiit year round along side 3-4 weight sessions a week and I will probably start some martial arts also[/quote]

You dont take metformine,telmisartan, or suplement like zinc,vita c ,b12,b6 to help.and you preserve all your muscle whit 120mg test.and what your e2 whit 1000ui hcg?
Evening guys
Woke up 319lbs this AM time to start tidying things up over this next 10 weeks or so….
Dog walk then in person client check in.
Check ins then trained at 11:30am arms & delts today, good little session. had a sports massage PWO then back to the laptop for some work.
Dog walk again after meal 5 then settling down before getting an early night,
The AC unit is out in the bedroom which makes a massive difference with getting to sleep at night!

Rest day new low and a high day ! Actually looked so flat today it was horrible. Pics looked terrible. So was defo needed and will be another tomorrow too. Have to protect this tissue. Busy day as always on a rest day today. Work, cardio, omer in person check in and his last session – he’s got classic weigh ins tomorrow! Then my steps and work to finish and just got the rest of the food in. All went in very easily. Let’s see where we are tomorrow. Buzzing for push ! Let’s go. First we have check ins cardio and pt to deal with !

Ok peter i will do 24 week blast and 8 week cruise than 24 week blast again and cruise life time whit test and mast and never blast again .the goal add as much muscle then maintain whit cruise depent on blood work

I would look to cycle for 18-24 weeks depending on how things play out then cruise for 8-10 weeks and repeat –

After 5 meals I am 242 so been getting tighter and fuller all day
600 carbs
4 litres fluid
1g salt per mealTrained full body after meal 1
12.5 aldactone
1/2 diazide
With meal 4This should be enough to land me at my ideal weight / look tomorrow around 237-238
Then I eat and hold this for stage

Remove clen as this will help recovery by lowering resting heart rate. Steps can remain the same as low impact, but I would take cardio out. Calories would bring up to maintenance to aid recovery. You can use this as a de-load phase as training I would imagine will put strain / pressure on your eye

How much clen you take and androgen load haider for this cut ?
Legs was decent today. Strength was good but a couple of hiccups. Knees super sore. Not sure if it’s the stairs I’ve switched to last couple of days. And the hack was super stiff. Either bearings aren’t great or it needs greasing. Either way was horrible in the hole which didn’t help knees even more so. Dropped 10kg a side because of it too. But nonetheless strength was good so we rest tomorrow a lot to do and then we crack back on with push on Friday.

Finally home now after the most incredible trip! Lomggg journey home and only two hours sleep so super tired but early night then back to it tomorrow 🙏
Can’t even begin to explain how good this year has been. I did a video while out there for the JP site that should sum it all up pretty good so keep your eyes out for that one.
Having a few days to just collect myself and then going to have a conversation with Patrick about the future and make some plans re health phase and then what we want to do for off season and potential plans moving forward which I will of course share here 🙂
