Yes im now 4 day off gym. Should add a rest day or try push pull off legs off upper off. Try only 3 set push in upper?

Considering the reference range is typically 10-40 (or 50) pg/mL. You are 3x over the reference range (assuming you are male).
Are you sure its pg/mL? UK often uses pmol/L in which case the range is more like 40-160 pmol/L. In which case you are in range.

Hello mate, confirm us the values of measures of oestrogen, but fatigue can come from a lot of different things though
– sleep length and sleep quality mainly
– training
– poor diet
– work and external factors
On top of hormons/vitamins/minerals.
So if you got more infos about the last topics we could help you to see clearer from where the fatigue comes from.
8 h of sleep is a good amount, but are you sleeping early, and do you have a peaceful sleep?

Did some posing pre session as well so been a pretty productive morning and also checked in with Patrick.
Just been to the shops for a weekly shop and now heading home to eat and then have a day of watching the 6 nations rugby matches and packing parts of the house up 💪

Amazing back session today. Best one I’ve had in a while. Everything is just really clicking atm. Strength is great and I’m enjoying training. Many preps in the past I’ve been struggling to enjoy training this deep into a prep so this is a very good sign. Did a few posing rounds after today with Adam too and think I’ve finally chosen my posing track, so looking forward to piecing that together too over the next few days and getting that nailed on. Another day done. Up at 5am tomorrow to do it all over again, delts and bis is tomorrow session!

Push session today. Good session. Incredible pump tbh. But I do feel fat and I’m not happy. But I think we may be starting the health phase a little earlier than planned and prep earlier than planned too. So that’s something. But we will see.

Even though tired steps ended up being higher than usual.

Evening guys a very busy day again at the laptop today….
Only minimal steps today as it’s so icey on our road I didn’t want to go to far out with the dogs so did 300 kcals on the spin bike around 22 mins it took me I went moderately hard. Got a good sweat on. Then literally back to back on the laptop getting my clients changed over to there new sheets from there check ins. They all love the new sheets so far. So it’s worth it. A lot of clients starting prep. And it’s gearing up to be a busy year. Trained at 6pm after most of work boxed off. Left the logbook and just went in a trained
