    The SA CABLE PULL-DOWN will do the job of challenging the lat in a fully lengthened position. Just make sure on the eccentrics your arm is travelling up and almost coming across into the midline.

    And you might maybe want to add a lat movement on your density day .. maybe a cable pull around ?

    I’d say 5-6 seconds is a bit on the upper side for cable laterals .. as at that point it’ll limit loading .
    So , so long as there’s control , say 1sec up , 1 squeeze , 2 down & repeat, that should be ok as there’s an element of control.

    Good evening team ,
    We were back on it today even thought her lagged to bits ..

    A bit of work this morning to get back into the routine , followed by delts and arms in the afternoon.

    Good session all in all …nothing special but we progressed. In the current circumstances we’ll take that by both hands . 🙂

    Apart from ankle mobility drills , calf raises are always advised as they strengthen the foot musculature therefore increasing mobility by default.

    Hello guys,
    Boots on the ground finally. I touched down at Manchester airport at 7:00am . Felt good to be back home .
    Unpacked my suitcase /bags , done some laundry & then finally had a sleep.
    Woke up 4 hours later & then carried on with my day . Didn’t want to stay in bed in the hopes I have a bette nights sleep tonight.
    That being said , back in work tomorrow morning to get a routine going asap .
    I also plan on training . Got delts & arms on the menu 🙂

    These are earliest ones I could find probably around the middle/end point of recovery phase was probably a year before I got discharged in this image

    I can’t see any of the ones you posted at first or just before then. Can you please try again . How you getting on with your current training ?

    Hello Ethan, welcome to the forum . Congratulations on your progress so far . Beating anorexia must have been tough but you conquered it so well done .
    You also put on 15kg in that frame so well done for that too .
    Would love to see a before/after from anorexia to date .. it’d be super inspiring.

    Hey Guys not much to report. I have been travelling all day .
    Up at 3:00 this morning to get to the airport in time at Colorado .
    Then onto New York where I’ve had a 5 hour layover …
    Just sat on a plane from NYC-MAN & that should land at 6:00am tomorrow morning.
    I shall let you know how I got on tomorrow . 🙂

    Day 4 and the last day of the programme design. We finished strong with upper body supersets after a full morning in class .

    It’s been a fantastic 12 days out here . But all good things must come to an end . And I am ready to go home .

    A very long travel awaits me tomorrow..:)

    Hey mate ,
    Just do a full body split . I’d rather do the compounds but not the isolation movements if she wants arms .
    If she’s never trained before I don’t know if a deadlift would be the best movement to start with . It’d take you ages to coach and her ages to get it . Maybe introduce it down the line.
    I’d start with 2 sets as she’s probably not going to be strong anyway. And then you can just adjust volume depending on how she recovers

    Day 3 of programme design course. We trained quads and a bit of hams this afternoon & I feel done in .
    Very very heavy training so neurally I feel washed off .
    Hopefully I should sleep well tonight .. and not be up early as I’ve always been up at 4:00am due to jet lag .
    Tomorrow is the last day ☺️
