HAMS AND GLUTES
Weight back down to 100.8kg this morning. Cardio done . Steps done and a fabulous training session completed this afternoon. I had a coffee today instead of prepare and jay had pumpage after .. felt really good . Might run that for a bit . 🙂Very deserved Rest day tomorrow 🙂

DELTS AND ARMS
Weight back down at 101kg this morning. Still above lowest weight which was 100.9kg . Caloric Adjustment made and I’m quite confident this will help me make a big leap forward in the next week or so . Excited.Successful session this afternoon . Progressions taken and Pump is still ridiculous. Feeling grateful 😇

You will loose a certain amount of fullness even when you are cruising on low doses.. so I can imagine if you’ve fully come off then it’ll be significant. In what case it’s just getting used to it.

•challenge the short range whilst fresh (pec dec )
•challenge the mid range ( machine press or BB )
•challenge the fully lengthened range ( DB’s or paused work in the lengthened range on machine )
Job done . The rest is just a case of progressing , execution and effort .
So it would be benneficial to do a fly at the start instead of at the end?[/quote]
I personally prefer it at the start , as not only does it challenge the short range but helps potentiate the chest too ready to press .

REST DAY
Woke up at 101.4kg which is a 0.5kg increase . I couldn’t tell you why or how but it was after leg day when my output was highest so his knows . No stress , we move .Cardio done, a full day on work done . It’s my mothers memorial so it’s been a pensive day . Not much to report.. 🙂

QUADS
100.9kg this morning. Jordan is happy after sending some fasted visuals over , so we move .
Quads this afternoon was a tough session. Probably the toughest yet so far ..dropped a rep on second set leg press & on first set hack , so I’ll speak to Jordan & find a way forward. Probably adjust volume. But apart from that good session overall. Pump was incredible.. that good it was a tad painful. 🙂
Tomorrow we have a well earned rest day. :£

A full body split should work here . Once you get a grip with the movements session won’t take long.. 🙂

UPPER
We woke up at 101.1kg so with 5 weeks left we are only 5kg away from hitting them weight cap . But I know we must go lower to be able to hit that legit look . So we keep on working .This afternoons upper session was superb. Pressing is near enough back to normal. I touched 6pps on the seated & incline nautilus both second sets . So i am happy .
We now rest up , tomorrow as well then Monday we go again x

I actually do the seated leg press first , and that really sets me up for a good hack after . But as rich alluded above , i do that first to prime my knees ..

Another low this morning… 101.9kg . Cardio then a full morning of work followed by arduous errands in the afternoon.
This evening I had my normal Friday treatment, which prepares me for the following weeks training .

I haven’t experienced this . I don’t think I’d be comfortable wearing anything that restricts me in anyway whilst I’m asleep

GLUTES AND HAMS
New low this morning, 102.3kg…dropping just over a kilo . Visuals sent to Jordan and he’s happy , so the work continues . Another one in the books . Performance continues to hold on the gym floor . We are monitoring this closely, mostly in the second half of the session. So far so good .Tomorrow we rest … 🙂
