Another day and whilst still deep in fatigue territory, we are fresher .
We even attempted a push session with rock bottom volume and it went well.
Nothing heroic , just moving blood about and boy was i pumped up .. literally felt painful to bend my arm .
Great feeling at the same time.
Tomorrow we shall pull . Back on the diet today .. was given the free reigns over the weekend but after eating a bit of carrot cake I’d had enough and was just craving more food as opposed to junk .. that’s out of the way so it’s now a case of regaining my routine and keeping things standard as we focus on recovery

whats the plans now? accepting the pro card?
would you mind sharing with us how you guys peaked for the last show? water, salt, diet, diuretics if any.. would be interesting to know since the physique was much crispier and dryer than the other shows!

Hello mate, thank you very much . Yes I accepted the IFBB pro card that I won .

And the plans now is just to focus on improving my health , focus on dropping fatigue mentally and physically. This is going to take some time .

Once health markers are in place, mental fatigue is dropped and the body is ready, we will push again like we have the last 8 years or so. We won’t sit on a pro card.

Thank you my man , very much appreciated. I have already had a week off . This week I’ll try go move some blood around . Nothing serious , with the hope next week I should feel myself again.
But this sort of fatigue can take 6-7 weeks to be fully fresh … 🙂

For me PUSH/PULL/OFF/LEGS/OFF seems to be the split where majority can manage recovery and manage to train hard consistently whilst progressing

The frequency is ample … it’s your ability to be able to be accurate with the lifts whilst still applying max effort and max intensity that will matter

Another day in recovery… feeling better each day & this weekend , I have managed to drop a chunk of fatigue as I have had lie ins yesterday and this morning.
Not done cardio , only steps .. just tried to chill, enjoy some food with friends ..
Tomorrow back on cardio , diet & will probably touch some weights to Kobe some blood about abs gauge where I am with this fatigue.
Mentally I’m also slowly gaining clarity by the day. Everyday will be a better day .. just a matter of time till I’m feeling myself again. But not is it worth it or what :)))

Another day, still deep in the hole… though much much better today ,fatigue still very high.
It just gets you thinking a strong WILL will literally carry you through with fumes in the tank.
Job done and the realisation of how deep I was becomes evident.
So we will focus on just dropping as much of this fatigue one day at a time.
First lie in in god knows how long planned this Saturday. So that should leave me feeling a bit fresher by start of next week .
No training this week. Just cardio and steps 🙂
