I am very inclined to agree with Ryan here . The SLDL is very demanding recovery wise so I’d have it as far as possible to leg day .

Hello team, I do not know where to start but the last fortnight has been a rollercoaster of events and emotions.
It’s the hardest Jordan has pushed me & it’s the hardest I’ve dug down. In the end we have been rewarded.
It has not sunk in yet . But very much on cloud nine . Even though I am fatigued mentally and physically. It’ll take a few weeks to drop this fatigue as we really pushed the envelope this time round.
For now it’s a case of resting and recovering. Not trained since last Thursday and won’t be training all week this week.
On Monday we will assess how we feel again. Plan is to come back at super low volume and adjust training by bio feedback as we go on.
I remain very grateful for the support and the messages.
I’ll probably do a video at some point next week for the site and go through everything on there .

Maybe look at the chalk , and look at the straps too . Some straps falter once exposed to certain heavy loads .

Push session started slow … fatigue from the leg session yesterday and double cardio sessions trying to play a blinder on me ..
3 scoops of PREPARE & we went to work .
Taking PB’s across the session, I could not be happier. One day at a time , we will get there . 😉

Last leg session before we go again this weekend. Awesome session given the circumstances. But PB’s across the board .
The clarity of which you think of a thing is very important as the battle is in the mind . That’s where the war is going on . What story do you tell yourself about yourself?

Awesome weekend in Finland. What a beautiful country . We made improvements from the previous outing, but they were only good enough for a second place finish. The guy who beat me would go on and win the overall so no complaints from me at all.

With every showing we are edging closer and the feedback this weekend was also positive. And based off that, and the fact that we can be better again, we’ll go knock the door again this weekend in Norway ??.

See there is a time factor involved in destiny, you don’t have your whole life to think about it because opportunity is passing by. Opportunity will never sit on your lap, it’s so busy it’s got to keep walking. And for me there’s something about the process of being committed to your vision even when it looks like nothing supernatural is happening.

Thx Oscar! I will replace RDL with BB Row or Smith row, and move the RDL to Leg day. I will start with 1set of RDL first and see how it goes. And I don’t think I will be able to do 2sets of RDL in the future due to its fatigue ratio, so if I feel I could do more work, I may probably only add a set of 45degree hip extension. Does it make sense for you? Thanks for your help!!![/quote]
You could take 2 sets of RDL and take out the walking lunges maybe ? That way it’s not overkill on your recovery?[/quote]

So if you post that session on here we can help you re jig it. Seems you are making good progress to me . So instead of an overhaul just adjust

•If legs , arms or lats then Definitely include unilateral training in your plans.
•Also make sure you see a professional therapist to make sure you haven’t got underlying issues that need seeing to like past injuries and so forth .
