Good morning everyone, 230’again this morning on the dot. Up at 4:15 so a little earlier than usual but sleep was actually pretty decent so can’t complain.
Huge weekend for me to tick off and we move forward. Very relaxed now if I’m honest as everyone is literally on the money so I can’t wait for tomorrow.
Legs to hit today and tomorrow we set off to Maidenhead at 5:30 for the show.

•triceps will be hit by a compound movement during push abs will be indirectly involved in pressing too . Add another 2 sets isolation for them at the end and that should do.

You go by feel , by log and what you can pull/press/squat whilst keeping form and execution standard as you did in the previous rotation. That’ll normally dictate the jump .
So you assuming your previous lift was executed to match your goal. The question would be what jump in load would allow me to execute this movement as identical as I can to the previous time , if not better . Pull session ticked off today .. productive session, moving very well.
We traveled Down south this afternoon and just got in . 4 hour drive .. so settle down in apartment and early bed tonight.

I’d prefer a heel wedged safety bar squat .. as it’s more accurate for quads which will work like for like for the hack squat

Rest day today… spent working and walking … lol . A bit fatigued , but it’s normal after leg day and on rest day calories which are lower.

Day off yesterday to recoup & go in today . We have hit our last leg session this afternoon abs it was a success.
Volume all the way down to one set a piece . That allowed for decent intensity across session without feeling like I’ve buried myself. Even though I still feel battered.

Awesome PULL session but then again my Sunday sessions are always banging due to better quality of sleep.

It all depends on how far you can take sets and then how hard you can recover after.
We also want to challenge the muscle on different rep ranges. Personally I have 4 sets of quads pendulum x 2 (6-10) (15-20) then 2 on leg extensions both 15 plus .

After a day off yesterday, we were back to the office today for PUSH.
Very very good session with all lifts up . Jordan bumped up my food only for yesterday, so that’s really come into play in today’s session.
