    Oh, they are! SLDL on leg day and Rack on back! i just noted my lifts for the week, actually i still figuring out my split since as you can see its a 5 day one, if you have any input id appreciate!!

    legs

    back

    chest

    off

    shoulders

    arms

    off

    repeat.

    Ok I would still replace the rack lift with the SLDL on pull day .
    I’d then do
    Chest
    Back
    Off
    Legs
    Off
    Shoulders
    That way you got 2 sleeps before you lower back load again between the SLDL & the squat on leg day

    Another day of rest and the neck is back in form….very happy as I have full mobility and confidence to go into tomorrow’s pull session. Early bed to crown it ..:)

    Hello team, unplanned rest day as I woke up with a tight neck this morning. I couldn’t even turn left or right .
    It’s been building up for a bit and I think the final nail was I must av slept funny last night .
    But I’ve been for a treatment, 2 hours later it’s been released, & I have movement again, but I feel battered .
    So early bed , rest it tomorrow again and back to work on Wednesday.. 🙂

    Hello Cesar any chance you can move that SLDL OR AND RACK PULL to your back session to allow you to maximise performance on your legs as they are a priority?

    I’d look at pushing carbs around workout perimeter first and see what happens..
    All well after that after a week or two I’d look at pushing fats up ever so slightly up and then reassess

    What a session!! To be honest was very surprised as I walked in I was up for it … but things moved a bit better than I expected and as soon as that first rep of the compound moves you always know if it’s on or not . It was !!
    Yesterday I did not work at all , just cardio , steps and chill . That was a big factor in today’s session plus I trained later when the gym was closed so it was only me , focused and managed to hold that initial space for longer .
    Target achieved , win the day .
    Literally it’s a matter of focusing on the now , so if I’m eating , no phone , I’m present & enjoying my meal . Then if it’s time to train once again phone to the side , I’m fully engaged, fully present every rep & every set.
    The film ? is the journey and I want to feel every ounce of it , I don’t want to miss anything. 🙂

    Good morning everyone,

    Today is a well deserved rest day after demolishing my legs yesterday evening. Got introduced to the pendulum squat 3sec hold in the bottom by @youngoscar and wanted to give a shot… absolutely sick! 65kg x7 reps. The goal now it´s to nail the execution, make the reps standardize while aiming to hit the 9-10reps mark and when that happens increase the weight.

    Also had RDLs in the menu. 180kg x8 while keeping a slight pause at the stretched position. +1 rep from previous session, which means: day won! ?

    Fasted weight today was 86,5kg. Coach decided to increase calories. We noticed that with this type of workouts the output increased so much from the previous one i was doing in the last off season and after the hardest sessions (legs and pull), even with refeed meals and high carb days, weight wasn´t going up and sometimes, was going down very aggressively. So, now we keep the calories the same everyday but with high, moderate and low carb days, distributed in this manner:

    Total calories/day: 3500

    – High: Legs and Pull (180g p, 600g c, 40g f)

    – Moderate: Push (270g p, 430g c, 80g f)

    – Low: Off days (270g p, 100g c, 220g f)

    Just make the little tweaks we spoke about and then you’ll feel a proper connection with the quad . Keep an open mind as you probably might yet have to reduce the load again to get the technique right ..

    REST DAY
    And rest I did … cardio done first thing. Legs are in bitsss from yesterday’s session. A chilled one with not much to report today . Just how I like it .. off to bed.. push tomorrow. 🙂

    A full day off yesterday we embarked on legs today. Very very productive session taking PB’s on all 3 sets of the Pivot.
    Very happy touching 12 x 25kg plates on leg press finally. I couldn’t even touch it in the off season but I had a moment of madness which is unlike me & just took it kamikaze style … very happy with 6 reps after taking 10pps for 13 reps initially and 8pps for 21 reps. My legs are done!
    Well earned day off tomorrow..

    RDL on the menu this afternoon… 255kg went nicely for 4 reps , but boy was it heavy as fuck! Nevertheless it went up nicely.
    Back off 200 for 10 & a half .. lol as the 11 rep stuck .. will get that next time .
    Absolutely wiped off . Tonight halcyon plus dream sleep to knock me out .. lol
    Looking forward to tomorrow for a day off 🙂

    Very happy with overall performance from an execution and from a strength standpoint.

    REST DAY
    Legs are ruined , can’t imagine how bad they’ll be tomorrow.. ? so a well deserved rest day today . Cardio done first thing and a relaxing walk this evening whilst plotting for tomorrow push session.
    On a mission to absolutely tear that incline Atlantis machine up … it’ll be the second session back at full volume.
