Leg day yesterday seen me absolutely wiped out clean. Great session in terms of performance… because that’s all that matters in the end . I know we are aware of nuances and pay attention to them but effort will always be king.

The ability to recover … then start with minimal volume & increase if needed to. But the approach of minimal dosage & maximal returns is a good way to start. Then adjust depending on bio feedback

Hellooooo team …so I have had two very productive days of training.
Push yesterday went very well. Strength is holding, pushing numbers & reps up alike. Everything remains standardised most importantly. We filmed the session for a friends you tube channel who’s wanted to do a joint video for a while . I had fun.
Today we did a pull session that was filmed for the members site and should drop early next week. RDL’s on the menu & the pursuit for 6 plates is very much on with 255kg moving nicely for 4 reps. Day off training..a bit of work in the a.m… I then had some specific bloods done which meant I had to travel to get that done . A bit more work in the evening then watching the football and having an early night

I think this is a simple case of doing what displays your physique the best …there isn’t a straight answer , mostly if you’ve tried different approaches yet this is the one that displays your legs the best.

Can fully relate to this Oscar. Seeing someone ose go through this completely changes your outlook online and the way you manage things or carry yourself. Both my mum and dad died of cancer and seeing that completely changed the way my mindset is. [/quote]
