Are you new to training ? If so I’d opt for a full body split 3 times a week . Go watch the videos in the education section and you’ll quickly understand what program you should be doing at your level and how to set it up too . Once you’ve done that , come back if you have any questions.

I agree with Jordan this is a sweet spot .. you want a bit of spinal flexion and set hips to challenge your erectors …

Rest day .. I have come to visit one of my good friends Calum and Hannah who have recently had a baby boy … I’d not been to meet Ronnie and as his godfather it was way way overdue . I have had a good day with him , getting loads of cuddles 🥰 and finished by watching champions league final tonight. Great match ..

Rest day today .. I have been absolutely written off .. and that is a result of yesterday leg session. It was one for the books . So so good I knew I’d be toast for a few days .. upper tomorrow.

Sounds like you’re not enjoying it man and 3 hours is really long for anyone. Could understand it taking jp that long cus of what he lifts but most people shouldn’t be taking that long. Time for a change and get back to enjoying it. Switch to upper lower.

Fabulous push session this afternoon…we hit 3.5pps on smith high incline so that was nice . All weights were progressed . We added 30kg to the pin on tricep dip machine as well so that was a milestone too .
