Awesome pull session this afternoon..progress made across all lifts ..sleep is something I must improve..cause on days I sleep a touch longer , the difference is significant..it’s like jumping a plate on the hack

Overall I would look to simplify things by just starting with a straight forward UPPER/LOWER approach. Still gives me twice a week frequency on everything, gives me the option to train one and two limbs across the session and to maximally load lifts

UPPER
Superb sleep last night meant this afternoon’s session was a banger . Back into the 3 plate club on my dips for a clean 7 reps . From here patience is everything. Got goals to dip 4 plates by the end of the year . Watch the space .
All lifts progressed across the board . Not much else to report other than just immerse myself in the process .

There is very little pressing work on U1 . And you have a pec dec variation twice in the same session ? I’d rather do 1 chest press variation, 1 tricep compound variation, a pec dec then go into your pull work and finish with isolations .
Keep you lower sessions as they are if you are already adductor and glute dominant. And focus on working harder to milk everything out of the current movements.

Recovery’s been good and I’ve been feeling good about doing legs. Should I even bother changing it up?

Both these would challenge the front delt and clavicles . So if you want to challenge the medial delt then I’d suggest multiple lateral raise variations across the week .

It is not necessary but i would opt for that … if your frequency (which I assume is training legs twice a week) I would have both in the session. Or one of them and another compound movement, say a split squat variation or something.

A very very successful leg session for me . As my leg training frequency has reduced , I added another set on the pendulum which allowed me to vary my rep ranges and work in a top set back off fashion . That being said i jumped up 10kg on the first set . I got 8 reps bit on reflection they were a bit rushed . So plan today was take the same weight 5pps & ensure the changes on direction were spot on . No rushing from the extreme ranges . Matched reps woth 1kg up, Goal achieved it was a good day .
The goal here is not perfection but to always try and squeeze everything from a set before moving up in load .

On paper this looks actually good .. I’d like to see a tricep compound in your upper sessions maybe ? And also on upper A if you do an incline chest press then it might be wise to stick a flat variation after so that you not doing two similar exercises. Then with a third press added to the session , volume wise I’d look to maybe start with :
Incline chest press x 2
Dip variation x 1
Flat press x 1
Single arm lat pulldown 1-2
Chest supported t bar row x 1-2
Pec dec x 2
Lateral raise x 2
Ab crunch x 2Once you are sure you can meet the recovery demands , then you can maybe eek volume up a bit .

Rest day for me here ..not much to report as it’s just been a busy day at work ..watched the Europa finals which was a shitter as well cause United lost ..I could have been in bed earlier 😖
