No issue at all my man as the rest gave mentioned above. If anything it’s a very optimal way to keep progressing.
The movements could just be 2 totally different ones. I.e
    Push 1: incline machine press
    Push 2:seated machine press
And honestly the more equipment you have at your disposal, the more rotations you’d get away with, the more optimal your training would be. Because joins don’t get battered as movements are rotated plus there’s enough days between movements leaving for enough recovery and as a result progression.

Hey Oscar, I saw that you stopped with RDL what’s reason behind that ?

I just rotate lifts once rinsed..I did the RDL for 12 months straight .
That being said, I still got a snatch grip RDL that I rotate with an SLDL for my density days

I had significant knee pain & couldn’t do any squatting variation last season . I opted for different leg pressing rotations. Whilst I doubled up my circumin doses & had loads of treatment around the knee which was actually the hip causing it.
But whilst away from heavy squats , I incorporated DC stretch sets in my training . So I’d have 1 set every leg session. It started with a 5 second pause in the hole, reduced to 4 once comfortable to add more load & over 12 moths I’ve worked backwards till I’m back squatting.
Obviously with the stretch sets they are super light as the goal is to really stretch the quads in the short position, then literally driving up with no inertia at all, as a result there’s less strain on knee, if any.
Execution wise, you’d take it to a depth where your hamstrings can squeeze against your calf & drive from the quads only

Yes I don’t see why not. So long as you vary the rep ranges .
    So examples are
LEGS 1: top and back off set
    LEGS 2: rest pause set
    OR
LEGS 1: top and back off set
    LEGS 2: widow maker
    OR
LEGS 1: top and back off set
    LEGS 2: set 1-10-12 set 2-15-20
    OR
LEGS 1: top and back off set
    LEGS 2:set 1:6-8 set 2: 10-12 set 3:30 reps
    OR
LEGS 1: top and back off set
    LEGS 2: muscle round

Hello guys , finally settling down after a few days of suffering with jet lag .
Did a PUSH session today with Jordan shallows & it wasn’t structured. We just went with feel & glow as we were in a new gym therefore new equipment.
Top session, took 65kg dumbells, after a long lay off in dumbells so it was very productive.. now off to sight see….AGAIN 🙂

Hello dalton, Corinne has absolutely covered all bases here. So I’ll just add a bit on the chest but.
I feel as opposed to the incline which won’t favour you mechanically if you are delt dominant , I’d choose a decline variation, as mechanically does it not only line the pecs well But EMG studies show decline variations as not just more effective in stimulating chest fibres as a whole, but when compared to the recruitment of upper portions of the pec in an incline press, it matches it. so for an overall greater chest thickness, decline presses are not to be ignored.
Also I’d defo take cable flies to activate/potentiate before pressing

To be honest bud at any BB point during the day, proper electrolyte balance is so important for proper cellular hydration and consequently performance.
Remember water is only one element of hydration, electrolyte balance will govern the rest. Nail both and you’re in a great position for performance and recovery & no cramps.
Also try do loaded stretch will go a long way.

Day 2 of the hols & still battling with a bit of jet lag. Trying to settle in with the time difference.
A bit of sightseeing, a bit of shopping & a LOT of steps done today.
I plan to train Friday with Jordan shallows. I am looking forward to that very much..That’ll be a special session. I’ll keep you updated 🙂

Recovery is the main issue here, not the actual as this would be under pinned by the above.
Most of these top pros don’t work . Let’s take for instance in Kuwait where they train twice a day.
They’d wake up in the morning, eat then train . After which they’d eat again & go have a nap after or just lounge playing video games.
They would then repeat the same process in the evening.
Now they don’t have normal pressures & stresses like going to work. This is all they do which then creates a very very optimal environment for max recovery therefore max growth.
Because it’s all they do, and nothing else. Even their meals are prepared for them
