    You are doing awesome.. it’s such a demanding time having a new born , never mind twins .

    This looks decent and will do the job . Just focus on utilising your time in the gym efficiently making sure you are training with standardised form as hard as possible.

    First of all I’d train to your needs and to what volume you can recover from .

    That being said , I am with hilly in that I prefer to train the legs together as a whole as opposed to splitting quads and hams .

    So it boils down to your needs and preferences . Try it

    12 days out …. Woke up a feeling a touch better.
    Though not fully out of the woods , the cough that was threatening to develop last night has subsided .

    Just been for another bout of steam/sauna session so feel less bunged up and more clearer through the chest and nostrils.

    Orders are to put my feet up and rest fully . That is what I will do .

    Hey mate unless triceps is a priority for you , I’d do 45 smith chest press first on upper A before doing a JM Press .

    I’d do the same on upper B . Stick the high incline smith before the dip . But if triceps are your priority keep things as they are.

    On Lower A I’d have the hyper extension further down and prioritise the smith squat just in case the hyper gives a back pump and interferes with your squat

    3-4 triceps exercises to rotate. I’ll give you compounds first ..

    Compounds – weighted dips , JM press , weighted press ups (with weight plates on your back .

    Isolations – tricep rope extension, tricep overhead extension, dumbbell skull crusher , single dumbell overhead extension.

    14 days out , we trained push …nothing heroic, not at this point anyway. We got it done ..feeling the pinch but that’s nothing new at this point .

    We pull tomorrow then rest on Sunday 😊

    15 days out this morning and it is rest day. We hit a new low on the scales this morning again so things are moving steady .

    I worked for a few hours this morning then attended a clients mothers funeral. I have been dreading this all week as her mother passed in similar circumstances to my mother and i knew it would evoke feelings and emotions in me that had been otherwise laying dormant.

    But I am glad I went as I not only managed to face my fears , but most importantly show up on her moment of need and support her . Fear stops us from experiencing a lot of things but is also an indication we should always follow it , face that what we fear and on each occasion we grow .

    That being said , death has a way of reminding us to ‘live’ before we die .

    Loads to ponder on ….

    Deadlifts are great , any hinge that has you holding a load in a horizontal position will pretty much load your erectors .

    IMO I favour the SLDL though as if the hips are no back at all and are instead set , then erectors will be maximally loaded as the load pulls you into spinal flexion.

    T minus 16 days and we were in for leggies this afternoon. We swill always prioritise quality on any training session but more so on these sessions now , it’s a case of quality and not taking the set all the way there , as that then digs is deeper into a hole that would place demands recovery wise that we cannot meet at this point.
    So adjustments on volume and 1-2 RIR on every set .
    Tomorrow we rest 🙂

    Rest day today & only 17 days left ….eek 🙊…. Time seems to be flying massively but I am here for it . Enjoying every second and leaning on the tough times as this is where the transformation occurs , physically and mentally.

    Lucas I would do a high incline on one session which would target upper chest clavicle area,
    a mid incline and then a flat or even a decline is a go too if it feels good .

    I would do a fly on all three rotations again , 30 degree incline fly , flat incline and a decline fly
