A very productive session this afternoon . Only third rotation since we got back on the smith machine so still a honeymoon period . Last time we ran the smith think I stalled on 153kg , 7kg shy of 4 plates a side . That makes the goal on this run simply to get stronger aiming to press 4pps with standardised form .
@atlantisstrength incline chest press still moving well. The goal simply to trade as much of the black plates for 25k @strengthshop plates .
Hit these goals and I know it will reflect on the look .

I agree with the team here , success leaves clues . So watch the successful bodybuilders who were good at presenting their physiques & slowly start having a go yourself.
Practice makes perfect. But also you can invest in a one off posing session with a reputable posing coach on top of that and you can then get reference points on what to work on or practice.

LEGS/BICEPS/REAR DELTS/ABS
It was back to business as usual this afternoon in the engine room to battle the @atlantisstrength pendulum pro . Hit 5 plates for 20 reps last week , so we added 5kg on top of that and took 15 reps today . The thought process is the same as before from here , keep bullying an extra rep or two each week with standardised form until we get to 20 again , then repeat 🔁.
We are a full stack + 6kg pinned on @gym_pin on seated ham curl and once in the 8-12 rep range , keep adding biscuits . 0.5kg or 1kg depending on feel on the day .
Good good session , I am absolutely trashed …but in a good way …early bed for me ..

REST DAY

Productive session this afternoon but really felt fatigued towards the pull bit . Everything felt like an effort …but we got it done .

Been MIA here last couple weeks
Some post workout rounds from be modified cracking gym and will be sure to go back.
On a more personal note felt very lost recently within my bodybuilding goals and it’s left me a bit unsure of my steps going forward, adherence has still been spot on as it’s all I really know lol but need to do some thinking about what my actual goals are in order to lock myself back in on something.

Superb session this afternoon. Some good hard work done , some quality work in the books . Love the versatility of the Atlantis hack when it comes to set up allowing for back pad adjustments and foot plate adjustments which really are key factor to what muscle group you want to bias. Set up right first and then full send .

3 months since I popped in here, oops!!
Progress has been slow, weight went on a bit of a mad spike after a weekly off plan meal was added in so a couple weeks ago it was pulled out. Calories are currently at 3895 on a training day, 3590 on a rest day but weight has actually been dropping a touch, down half a kilo since Friday, so a food increase isn’t far away! Body composition isn’t awful but there’s still a lot of work to be done, so here I am, doing the work.

PULL/LEGS
Solid session this afternoon with some adjustments made on the RDL from an execution standpoint. When this movement was introduced to the plan it was to load hamstrings at full length. The best way to achieve this is shifting the hip as far back with somewhat a stiffer leg. But as the load got heavier then I was getting more knee flexion at the bottom of the lift giving me an advantage to lift more but now, biasing glutes more than hamstrings. A bigger arse is the last thing I need. 🫠 So load pulled back and we now have a straighter leg with a soft knee that allows to load the hamstring more .
At this level specificity is key 🔑

Very productive session this afternoon.. we hit a wall on the @primefitnessusa shoulder press . And after 3 rotations and no progress which is also the 3 strike rule , we moved on .
So we have moved to a high smith incline press to bias delts . 3pps for 9 reps to start . Let’s see what work we can do this round as we carry on rinse and repeat process.
