rest day today big back session tommorow
haven’t got a hinge on this back day as my last leg day had an rdl on so i’m sticking with a barbell row with this back session
time to get big
But that barbell row is still being held in a hinging position 😉… so long as you are recovering from it let’s get strong on it 🙂

Check in this morning, 95.3kg & things are starting to get interesting. Jordan is happy so that’s all that matters.
Lovely upper session this afternoon, performance is holding well , and once again that’s all that matters.
Rest day tomorrow means Cardio first thing, then steps and plenty of admin 🙂

Pull session was immense this afternoon. Had a play with some of the new prime kit. Most of it I’d used at other gyms and some of it was the first time . It was like for like .
Performance still holding so far . A caloric adjustment was made yesterday as well as we get into the business end of prep now ..things are starting to get saucy 😈

I’d keep pushing so long as it’s not interfering with progress or other movements..I’d also look at factors affecting recovery I.e , sleep , stress management , protein intake , stretching, electrolyte imbalances and all making sure these are ticked ✔️

Trained a bit later than normal but the work done and progress made . 3 sets on the Atlantis shoulder press 7pps + 5 for 5 reps (1 rep up) , 7.5pps for 3 reps & a third set of 5.5plates for 12 .
We had a prime delivery this morning so that meant I switched my tricep work to the prime tricep dip. 3 sets here adjusting resistance on each set .
laterals on the prime machine followed , 4 sets here also adjusting resistance each set .
Tricep isolation, bicep isolation , delt isolation, bicep work and more bicep work .
Tomorrow we pull /hams

Cheers Oscar. Generally this is going well and all straight forward. Only challenge I’m facing is probably some meaty tricep movements. Dips are being a prick on the elbows and I always relied on them. Cgbp I’ve done my pec in at a bit of a at tissue tearing many times….struggling to get a nice meaty movement in. Thinking the poloquin bar (ladde rlike bar)[/quote]

Not much to report, cardio to start the day followed by a days work with steps in between..

2 rotations is about right … movements can mirror each other , or you can do one push delt focused and one chest focused & as marc said one leg day ham focused and one quad focused or just do the traditional ppl and when it’s push just do a traditional push day hitting everything evenly . Mostly if you just need muscle all over .

LEGS
So yesterday was rest day and not much to report other than cardio, steps and work 🙂Today however was legs . Very productive session altogether. We had the new pendulum PRO delivered so I took that on a test drive and i was very impressed.. so smooth and so robust . 6 plates on there for top set felt good .
Leg press , splits squats , leg extensions , lying hamstring curls and adductor work to finish .
