    Hello everyone !
    Yesterday dry needling appointment and this morning I lost a lot of weight.
    Mohamed (my physio) told me my coccyx was comprimating my poo. So nothing was mohing there.
    And proof this morning, weight dropped suddenly, while yesterday morning I was still at the same weight and nothing was changing even with the reduction of diet and increase of cardio.
    All of this fascinates me so much ahah
    Well today glutes workout, 9k steps, 30min liss post training, then dentist, then post office to take back my tbjp package
    And that’s it for today

    Hello mate,
    Agree with Sara.
    From my experience it comes from daily life or job more than gym or training.
    Training just makes it worst with loads actually.

    My mother is a plumber, that’s a demanding job, it’s not mandatorily carrying heavy stuff but the positions all over the place in which you are when you work, most of the time it’s on the floor, or arms in the air, or very bad postures of shoulders, arms and neck to reach very little spaces which demands a lot of precision.

    From the inside of the elbow, do you carry often your childrens in your arms ? Do you carry anything repetitively in your daily life/job with a “hammer” curl or regular bicep curl type of stance ? (Sorry for my english)

    I would first go to the physio to fix this
    Then I would take the supps others told u
    And third I would investigate to remove the parasite moves which puts your joints into tension.

    Atm you are in a soft kcals surplus with the good macros repartitions, you will build muscle if training, sleep and recovery are on point.
    Don’t go OVERLY fat, that’s all.

    The only reason I see is that :
    You gave your everything for the first exercise sets (which is good)
    You reached 6 last time on your second exercise when you be supposed to reach btw 8/12 already. So last week was already a tad too heavy on your second exercise.
    As you increased intensity of the first exercise this week; you drastically lost strength for the second one which was already previously too heavy for you to perfom 8/12.
    So personnally I would lower the weight of your second exercise next week.
    And allow yourself more rest time, if you actually PR again on the first exercise.
    If I understand good your english, that’s my deduction

    Going to do my cardio 30min liss fasted at the gym so leaving home now
    Then once back home, full day of work on my online posing lessons.
    Still 9k steps to do after everything
    Also booked a dry needling appt for my husband and I on monday

    Keep cardio in and steps in, will also have positive effects on digestion and more.

    So as I told you yesterday, weight went up a tad, so the coach increased the cardio to 6x30min LISS, 9k steps instead of 8k, and reduced the kcals to 2170kcals and 1970kcals respectively TD and NTD.
    Today glutes workout also

    Hello mate, for me you are not at the equivalent of that much weeks out, but way leaner than this imo.

    For a short term plan of competing, I would choose men’s physique (as you have a pretty decent level already !) OR classic physique but only if your legs can catch up some quality and size in the cupcoming year ✨
