    Hello everyone!
Today stretching mobility and vacuum routine
Home sauna after followed by a freezing shower, and then full day of work on my online posing lessons, then 30min liss once finished.
Just came back now and currently finishing my 9k steps, only 1500 missing.
Tomorrow, upper body workout and 1 posing lesson into my studio after my 30min cardio
I will try to keep this routine everyday cause I feel it’s really making me feel great and properly woke up !

Hello mate, blood works will tell.
Using gh on the long term can make your thyroid tsh being on a rising pattern.
If there is no signs of rising, t4 isn’t necessary.
If there is; it’s better, OR drop gh.
Now for the canal, reducing the dose might help

Hello mate, totally agree with Clare here.
Her body needs to heal. I would NOT do a deficit, but a body recomposition first.
Light training first and VERY IMPORTANT, she has to do an MRI to check if she got a diastasis recti !!!! Can happen post pregnancy and the results will define the process later on.
First move for me is the MRI. She will need to strengthen pelvic floor anyway but if she got a diastasis; this could take 6months to 1year until being able to focus on weight training.
So confortable diet, physiotherapist regularly to help her with pelvic floor, hypopressives to help with inner abs, and MRI.

I personnally keep my focus this way :

    Never listen music
    Never speak to people
    Don’t look at other people
Just look at one zone into the room I am in and get lost into my head with complete silence; non thoughts, no ideas, no emotions, just pure silence, and I even don’t hear the noises around or the random music in the gym

Once it’s time to get back on the next set I just place myself correctly inspire expire and 1,2,3 lift

It’s always good to have comfortable amount of fats, but atm it seems good for you with that amount.
Post us your diet for us to help you with potential food choices, as reversing post stage condition isn’t supposed to keep you with low appetite and you shouldn’t be bloated atm, maybe your diet need a little review / are you still doing some steps/cardio?

At some point you did all well; you keep checking bloods, your doc said it’s good, you feel fine, I am sure it’s all fine though !
If u wanna be EXTRA mega sure, show your bloods to another doc! If it makes you feel safer!
The point is that today; “random people” just post things here and there, without knowing that a lot of values work medically into a sinergy.

Majority of the values into your bloods work in pair with other things; and real doctors they know their job. Particularly because if you are transparent with them ; they know YOUR background, your habbit; and understand your sport.

I am also a very anxious person regarding health; so if I were you; I will take a second doc to confirm; and makes him aware of your routine, diet, sport etc

And potentially I would change a tad the rep range to 8-10 / 8-12
While making sure you keep intensity

Hello mate, I would just make a small modification for glutes exercises order.
    I would do:

    1/ Abduction
    1/ hipthrust

And then the legs exercises and adductors at the end.

Just cause glutes are most of the time a very lazy muscle group, so always better to train them before any quads or hams exercise.

Otherwise I am afraid that on your hipthrust, you legs are doing most part of the job, rather than the glutes.
