    Hello Luna

    Depends on the goal

Usually output is less high on rest days, but “in general”, so kcals would be logically lower… usually less carbs and more fats with less food overall.

But some coaches do preach same diet everyday (without the post workout on rest day ofc) for recovery purposes.

It’s also based on preference, if your recovery needs more carbs and kcals on ret day and if it’s works, do it.

I personnally have less carbs more fats on rest days, cause my activity is super lower than on a TD.

Usually the diff btw rest days and TD can be around 50/200/400 kcals difference.

The gap for me btw both is deeper in cut.

400/500 kcals lower on rest days.

    Hello everyone

    Well arrived back home today

    It’sy birthday!!

So free meal tonight, start of my off season

1 Burger home made, 2 ice creams! First time since almost a year!

Also received my 2 feedbacks from the O

Wide hips still and too flat too skinny too dry this time

So we did well to soften to prague but was potentially too much

Anyway, after 10 months prep, I welcome this off; cause we still have some glutes to build

    Hello mate
    Imo that’s person dependent
I can’t train with just one meal in example
I need minimum two meal to have my performance in check.
But if you do train better and keep a good performance with just one meal and not much carbs, do it

    I weight both
    Potatoes raw
    Rice cooked
    Chicken and other proteins cooked
If you are regular in your way of doing things
Raw or cooked isn’t a problem
Potatoes raw as sometimes i like puree and sometimes i like fries in the airfryer
For the rest it’s same cooking for me

    Imo :

Check how much steps you naturally do daily, without your treadmill.

See how long is it reasonable for you to walk

    20k imo is very high

I would reduce output a little bit cause that’s quite long per day with steps

I would add cardio which is shorter and more intense at the beginning of a cut

And balance in/out the output vs food

Now all the technics are valuable but you can find a good in between btw food-steps-and cardio which make you gain time to rest which is important also to preserve muscle mass/performance

I personnally start my prep with cardio and little steps, and then remove cardio and increase steps, and coming to the show we reduce steps slowly
