IMO, your food choices LOOK fine, but if your doing things like drinking fluid with or around meals, (15/20mins pre post meal), then I would suggest you stop that, and drink away from meals.
levelling out acidity in the morning with l glutamine, apple cider, lemon in warm water helps a lot…

digestive enzymes with each meal help, but that wouldnt be something i would opt for long term..

also cycle wise, orals/tren, can cause big issues, anything which causes hurt burn means you have an acidity issue, fix that and the food options you have listed aren’t going to be an issue..

I suffered with thinking food choices were my issue, when more so it was the little things above i wasn’t doing which makes a big difference , luckily after working with aj sims, Jason Theobald and john meadows, really helped me formulate a good environment for the gut…

even things like gut bacteria, the sources of veg you use make a difference

Hey guys. Full day 100% on point. All meals in, cardio in, steps done, back trained. I feel wasted hahahaha. Yohimbine definitely made me feel sick today. Didn’t fancy eating either. But that’s normal when starting yohimbine. My hr was through the roof. 145 on cross trainer and 110 2 hours later ! Fat burners defo doing a job so that’s promising. Let’s go !!

This is going to be amazing to see – especially pushing from the start –

What’s the initial plan like starting ? In terms of food supps cardio and training ? You going hard right away,?
Thanks man

So gear is moderate. 300 test 400 primo. Clen is in at 40mcg, yohimbine in at 10mg, 500 l carnitine, foods stayed at 4.6k dropped 1kg in 2 days so we haven’t dropped it yet. Will keep u updated soon as some changes come in. I’m hungry for them as right now I wanna get seeing some changes visually
This is amazing log !

I saw one of your speed preps with a client Valentin –

Have you had to push cardio high? Food low?

I saw he put double sessions of cardio but at that stage do you still keep a base step count?

    Really impressed by that

Your well! Can see the lower test here , is this what you typically run on a prep or usually higher ? From enanthate right?
Hey bro. Yes it’s usually always low on prep. Highest it’s ever been is 300 but it’s usually 150-200
Appreciate the reply brother – is the 150/200 from test E or prop? Or doesn’t matter

11 weeks is more then enough time,
i do think 700mg of test is an overkill tho based on the pics. could get away with a lot less , Imo,

these sessions LOOK brtual mate, how you currently splitting your training up at the moment to handle this volume?
The only sessions volume is higher is push. It’s not as taxing on the CNS so currently recovery is fine.

    I have done 1 higher

Volume leg day and loved it, but again volume evens out really

But we will keep a close eye on this buddy
Sounds good man.
How you splitting your body parts up across the week this split?

i usually train 4 x per week max, or every other day, keep the volume low, keep focussing on your top sets , and do over do it with your overall out put.. zero cardio, some steps, youll drop fast

    Look amazing bro !
Is their a reason why you opt for test prop over the other slower acting tests ?

    Thankyu buddy,

So i used Test E all off season and during my cruise phase, but as we started cycle 14 weeks out we want to reach peak plasma levels in the blood quicker, and upping the Enanthate would have take 2-3 weeks to achieve this and we didn’t have time to wait. So a propionate ester achieve the saturation quicker. Thats is the only reason. If i had started 16-20 weeks out we would have probably opted for Enanthate as we always do.
Really cool reply bro, good way of putting it, love prop myself tbh, feel it more even when dosed the same, you look so good now, going to be fun to see how this progresses
