Hey guys the offseason log is back ,

So my plan moving forward is simple, keep condition in check , improve in certain areas , namely abs and calves as a priority. Build my calories as best I can , to be able to start prep again early next year, not dead set on comps yet.

So this last week I went back into training straight away, I am totally over trained and burnt out but I needed to shift the water rebound from the weekends carb loading and drying out protocol

So this week has been 4 sessions, 2 full body , one upper , one lower.

I’m rolling with this set up for a bit until I am happy with where my food is at and how I look, this may take me a few weeks of sorting my food/

This is how next weeks food will look:

    Training day
    60p 30f
    60p 50c 10f
Pre wo advantage ultra and load up from genetic supps
Intra wo 60p 50c from pepto pro and hydra carb from genetic
    Pwo meal 60p 100c
    60p 60c
    60p 25f
    Pre bed 60p 25f

    Rest day meals
    6 meals of 60p 30f , 75p in the night

I am HUNGRY atm, last week I ran about 400 cals less a day then the above , so hoping this food increase sees me less hungry/ I won’t binge or fall off diet despite being way hungrier then in prep and now no reason to stick totally to plan, but I know how important this phase is to manage , and unwarranted fat gain will be kept at bay. Food will go up again in a couple weeks when I assess how I look and feel, I don’t intend to weigh myself v much this offseason/ scales always effect my decisions. So the mirror and feel is best for me alongside Corinnes input on what she feels I do with my food.

I will stay on anabolics for 6 more weeks then il drop to a hrt dose and get blood work done and cruise for likely 10 weeks or so before I start to diet again.

Any questions on my plans please ask here , any totally irrelevant questions to my plans please start a new section in the forum

Hey guys and girls, vitamins uk also sell yohimbine

Ok so where im at , 277 now. I should
Hit 276 by Monday. So 24 down in 5 weeks. Everything is going well , strength is holding ,as im really going for it with the lift progressions and getting 0.5kg here and there ( micro plates from strength shop)

My food is down a chunk and cardio is up. cardio four days this week. And then still two double days of training too.

I haven’t put up any pics yet since I have started to come down ( I wanted to wait until there was a lot more detail and lines , before I do, so soon il get some up)

I will put up my back Session from yday to
Show how things look. Volume is still low.

    Back width
Rack chins, 1 rest pause set on 25kg for 12-6-3 , 20 seconds between failure points.
    Chins , 25kg x 7 , body weight x 10
Narrow pulldowns – 1 ser of 9 , second set dropped weight ten percent and beat reps in set one ( got ten)
Straight arm pulls : same as above , failure set then down ten percent and more reps set two
Stretchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh : 60secondw off the chin bar
Higher rep thickness work: machine row two sets of 12-20 ( did a 20 rep first , upped weight second set for 12)
    Seated cable same as above
Shrug same as above but second set triple drop ( my traps are weak, so getting a little funky with this to stimulate some growth)
Bent over rear delts , same as above
    More stretching

    🙂

So training wise I still haven’t had to rotate many exercises really , everything is progressing well. This week il likely have To drop out narrow grip smith press as that may stall, il chnage for Dumbell floor press. Rope pushdowns are out , I replaced with the tricep machine we have in the gym which is a bit fluffy but then so is a rope pushdown so not too much diff there.

I’m still at 16 work sets a session, v few drop sets or anything needed atm to keep expending energy, just straight sets to all out failure.

Was gd to meet you ross.

    Defo Michael 🙂

Hey guys so week went superbly well, down to 282.4 , so another 4.2 off this week without a change, il be on no change again this week and should get myself under 280 at the ten week out mark which is defo on track ( I still think I’m going To need to be 250) the first 20 pounds isn’t ever that hard to get off, the next 20 will be harder for sure 🙂

So the week still has the same training set up. The one addition this week I have added is 10mg yohimbine a day on wake. Next week il take it to 15mg , then 20 , 25 then 30mg. I don’t go over that as it makes you feel anxious at higher doses. 30 tbh I can feel my anxiety rise , but that dose I think is superb for aiding in stubborn fat mobilisation .

Michael , gd stuff buddy. My plans will work just as well
As the dc set up , so try both 🙂

    Thanks Ross 🙂

Hey guys so all is going superb, I’m down to 284.6 and I keep thinking ah I’m now more muself , but the intensity I can now train at is crazy , because of that my food hasn’t changed for 2 weeks, and tbh it won’t next week either , because atm I can train and cardio harder so as soon as that stops food will come down but for now il just keep making huge progressions on lifts and see how it all goes.

I’m reallly happy with where Corinne is at too, she is into her 5th week of dieting and still hasn’t dropped any weight on the scales but is now v lean and starting to get in striking distance of the stage condition she needs. We are using high rep compound conditioning work at the end of her heavy stuff and the fat is falling off, 140kg deads for 20 and now the squAt is upto 126 kg for 17 , its impressive to watch for sure as there aren’t many girls in the world that can do it so I tend to end up just laughing as I don’t know what to say, so as last year she sets the pace of the session and I just try to keep up 🙂

Hey guys, last week went v well, ended at 292.6 so dropped fast as expected when carrying a gd chunk of fat and water , changes this week were extensive again and jm down another 80-100 g carbs a day depending on the day, my back days are the highest as this body part flattens on me most.

Todays leg day was a killer , the heat in ripped gym harlow can get to you and today’s session dragged out a bit to two hours as Corinne squatted so by the end I was beat up, came home and slept for an hour immediately , I actually fell asleep in the car on way home, gd thing Corinne does the driving or we would be in trouble lol. I made a video today again going over my standpoint still on training , I’m still sticking to my guns over what I think works to build max muscle , and that’s low volume progressive oberload .

Will il defo be logging everything and progressing all the way through , it’s doable if rotate exercises well.

Mike my home bike is crap I got the wrong one and its a spin bike that I can’t use , it keeps u totally bent over the whole time, screw being in that position for 45 mins to an hour lol. Stuck with gym ones, look to get a cybex one at home second band maybe

Dan , thanks buddy, split is:

Chest and tri am delts and bi pm
    Legs
    Back
    Rest
Hams and light quads am arms delts
    Pm
    Back
    Rest

    45 mins cardio rest days

I’m giving blood again thurs, I can feel my hematocrit is high ( unavoidable when blasting anabolics as red blood cell count rises which is gd but when gets too high its bad , as blood becomes too thick, I take my bp everday and its creeping up , so il get it back down thurs so I stay ok health wise , means less of a mess to clean up post show if I keep ontop of giving blood

It wasn’t a watt bike I decided they wernt worth the money, it was a cheapy one that I lasted a gd few years of taking a beating so I’m not too surprised the whole thing bent and snapped lol.

Will, I’m happy with balance of evrything , my calves are still down but they are stubborn. Everything else I think should be balanced, the only issue with pushing food so hard is midsection distends, which it is atm , but if get all the way back down in shape it won’t be an issue

    Thanks ben, will do 🙂

Hey guys , update time as its time to start dieting so il get back into the regular updates again like before, I didn’t want to bore you with not all that much going in. So I hit 300 pounds, 301 to be exact. This week I traiend Monday and Tuesday only and it hit me that I need a rest ( 15 weeks of blasting anabolics and training and gaining 31 pounds has tired me out) so I have taken the rest of this week off. I am still tired but il be ready to Rock by Monday, I think the extreme heat of last week is what tipped me over the edge , I was a mess after the 34 degree day, I had to keep getting in cold showers all day after training as my body temperature was so high it was v uncomfy , never had that before even on holiday to super hot places, so just shows what carrying 300 pounds does to you. I have had issues with my sleep too, so that added to it, again sleeping at 300 pounds sucks. But that all aside, I hit my goal, Which although has battered me , I’m happy . So now for round 2 and getting back off 50 pounds and being in serious shape.

So from Monday my food is down a chunk , which il write out on Monday , training is still only two double days a week and 3 single days, and cardio is at 2 x 45 mins, I got a new bike for the house as I broke my last one, got an extra padded bike seat too haha!

So 14 weeks out from this weekend, the first show is nabba England in Birmingham, I came second in that show in 2013 to james Fleming who won the nabba worlds last year , it’s always a v hard show indeed.

Hey Andreas, we stayed in an apartment so all food was prepped, I just took tuppaware with me and went back out to the car to eat quick, I don’t like to be seen eating out if tuppawear at events like that, it’s rude, so il try to seem like I’m just doing what everyone else is doing 🙂

I wore a shirt and chinos from cotton traders lol, they do 5xl shirts, and stupidly big Chinos. There is no way im buying a suit lol.

Ok so all gd here my end, food still the same, my weight is holding at 295 , appetite is a little better , lifts all on the up still and haven’t had to really change out any exercises yet, still just grinding out progressions and all in all feeling ok.

Hey Matt, curcumin twice a day , 400-500mg at each serving will be gd.

Citrus bergamot 2 tabs am , same pm.

Training wise I think strength should always be the goal, but focus on 6-10 rep strength and drive those lifts up as high as you can

Hey ben, add In 2g vit c and 300mg of magnesium pwo. These will help a lot. Ensure your replenaishing electrolytes too, as these will of been diminished in training and play important roles in carb uptake. What protien are u using alongside the dextrin?
