If the plan is to step onstage , I would hit that 250/300 total from test + primo , 150 of each , and then last 4 weeks 100 test 200 primo

Tissue selectivity is irrelevant. All that matters js you know one raises e2 and one lowers it , so then just react accordingly based on feel . None of us set cycles in stone as we know that we will need to adjust based on e2 sides , they dictate everything . Start moderate , add slowly , react based on what you feel . Simples

Well one raises e2 the other lowers it , so if you ran the 500 test and 300 nandrolone cycle without an a.i then I would repeat that , as if you add eq to that it’s going to see you need more test

Nope , can’t train muscles two days in a row . Please ignore what you think about fatigue . It’s a useless metric , none of us pay it any attention . I see so many people with no muscle banging on about fatigue , you think you can train again because you don’t feel fatigue and then soon you will think something needs ti change because you do feel fatigue
ALL that matters is lifts progressing , which means training eod , 1-2 sees a body part and just cracking on whatever you think you feel , it doesn’t change . You don’t add sets you don’t add training days . You just do the do and the moment you start thinking about fatigue in any way, tell urself to shut up and just stick to the plan

I hate it , as in 2 sleeps ur trying to train push stuff . How are you pressing after an arm day? It’s literally the most awful idea possible to that set up . Just start upper with push downs if your obsessed with getting more arm

Ye end of sessions are hard , getting really fucking big , is hard. That’s why you don’t see many do it , as they feel a smidge of fatigue and think something is wrong . With this split you run as is for 4-5 months , then do a stint of the stuff at the back end at the start. You need the frequency , and PPL is dead volume you don’t need , so just suck it up and do the work . Also , in don’t know a single person with any actual muscle who trains much under 2 hours . If you ask ANYone with muscle , it’s going to be 1.45-2 hours , so again , if you actually want to look legit , suck it up . There will defo be people telling you that’s too long to train , they will also have no muscle
