Well you don’t have a choice as you live at home. Quitting your job that’s a source of income is also likely not wise . If you want to be a bodybuilder , you need to be able to afford food and somewhere to train and sleep ,

These are the most clinically studied supplements that basically exist . Hundreds of studies done on them , so If you want to actually learn , this would be much faster to google “ clinical studies on X “ , and read them for yourself

What everyone has said above is perfect. I personally don’t have a physical sheet , but Corinne does , and between us we get done what needs to be done . I am the one that does ideas , decisions , and decides the path , but she is the one who gets it into action once I have set the plan and she then has her staff who follow her instructions , it works insanely well for us in that way , as it allows me to be looking constantly at the shape of the brand and if it’s moving how I want . So I suppose a take home I can offer is , choose your partner wisely , it’s very very important

Probably yes comparatively to test , mast , primo when used at sensible doses , you very likely can build a superb physique and keep health risks lower by avoiding it . When you get into the 280/290/300 + pound guys , pfft , who knows , that’s all a mess there

My left leg is doing really well , it feels like it’s back to proper work on the rodgers leg press now . Today I did super slow adductor work on 2 off the stack too. I’m not going back to power adductor work ever lol , fuck that

If the goal is 400mg total anabolics , I would personally try 150 test 150 primo 100 mast and adjust from there based on e2 sides

It’s a good question but you are over thinking it 🙂
How I’m looking is this :
I’m going to do 4 sets that are 3-7 reps ish , each set doesn’t really have much to do with the last in terms of reps so don’t worry if the reps go up or down , so each set is it’s own thing , I just adjust the resistance profile most typically when I move from set to set . And all I’m trying to do, is accumulate hard reps . So next session i then just try to beat the reps/ load from the previous session . I like doing those heavy heavy sets , they work really well for me and I don’t often get hurt

But yup yup that’s the plan , it seems like a logical way to keep things moving forward in tbe next phase without having to just hammer a ton more loading which I defo can’t do as I feel like I’m going to break
