I do 1 plate x 3-4 , 2 x 3-4 , 3 x 2-3 , 4 x 1-2 . 5 x 1 , 6 x 1 , then depending on what I’m working on I split the weight , eg if work is 7 and half , I will do last warm up on 6 + 15kg x 1 then work on 7 and half

Back work let’s me do single arm lat work which when in phases will step things forward a ton from of the increased motor unit recruitment
Hams have already been at 4 sleeps , and then with quads I will do all single leg work again for the increased motor unit stuff
So it’s just a change in stimulus that you can afford yourself when the Whole session is focused on a targeted area instead of all the body

I managed to get on the Nytram leg press single legged so could load in the lengthened ! Huge step forward ! It felt scary as shit but it got done , so now I will rotate between that and the rodgers which doesn’t put as much load in the stretch.
I have been 10 weeks modified full body which has been fucking epic , I just want a stint now of more specific push work , so will do a phase of Ppl
Today looked :
Lying ham x 6 x 5 x 5 x 5
Single leg lying x 4 x 4
Single leg ext x 8 x 7 x 5
Single leg press x 8 x 8
Banded hyper x 5 x 5 x 5
Abductor x 8 x 6
Adductor x 9
Toe press x 7
Biceps x 8’x 8
Abs x 5I have seen 289/290 last couple days , that’s me fully maxed out there so I need to drop off some pressure and just lower cals a little as my digestion is at max capacity

You are in areas that don’t hold much fat , so for me inside biceps is literally just skin , if it’s the same , pin there

Yes Immensely counter productive , it quite literally couldn’t get any worse when it comes to a decision on what to do as everything will just regress
As rich said , triceps in upper get focus , start lower with biceps

So if you enjoy Dc , do it . If you follow my log you know exactly what I personally like and don’t , as it’s what I do and if i don’t do it, I don’t personally like it

It’s a standard split so you can get away with a chunk as you don’t train the muscle often . We train things more often mostly , so we don’t need the volume / want the volume and we are used to really hard training , as per what Allison said , so then we control our volume for the impact into the next day .
If your enjoying what your doing and it’s working , your fine . At some point yes it defo will have to change as what your doing literally woikd see all of us regress as we just have too much muscle to be doing that, training has to get much smarter once you reach a certain point
