Your very likely going to improve really fast doing eod . The issue with the video I last put out is people will try to emulate what I’m doing but won’t actually have a clue what feedback they are looking for to base their decisions ( I am trying to be the most heavily muscled person you have ever seen for my height , so what I’m doing is very very particular ) , in the absolute politest way possible as I’m not digging back here I’m simply being realistic , to look like you train , do eod for a few years then do U L. It’s as simple as that . It’s often why I don’t want to share what I’m thinking because if others try to copy they will just make zero progress

So in my last video I mention what I think maybe superior when it comes to upper/lower for leg development or modified full body , once volume needs are past 1-2 sets / session , and it’s super hard to decide that , so I just want a few sessions of upper / lower to see if my lifts jump forward drastically or not , if they don’t , I know the higher frequency is king , if they do , I’m at the strength level where I can’t sustain the work I want to do at eod , so just lots of little comparisons being made throughout the split to asses what is what

Once you get strong/ a certain size , things needs to be modified

The whole point of the modified full body is when your too big for normal full body that you make the adjustment on the 2-3 body parts that can’t do high frequency and moderate volume

The diff is going to be super small and indeed probably not even noticeable as Antonio has said
But for me I am of the mindset that for what takes me 5 more mins , I’m happy to do it so I do hit diff lat moves each time I train the lat

It depends on machines I had available. So I have prime pieces so don’t have to change , if my lying ham was super hard to get short and then my standing ham overloaded the lengthened , then I’m changing for defo and doing a few sets on each
