Decreasing the frequency to once a week also doesn’t work for my body either , I lose the adaptations too quickly

For me 80g every 2-3 hours , most of us will be 50-80g for the guys , depending on the meal

The recovery from ppl was Easier so then the UL exposure this time felt a big shock , my body feels like its been abused the last couple days

Your still over thinking the role of the scapula . When you get set for the deadlift , take the slack out of your arms by sligjtly pulling on the bar so your arms aren’t bent and have tension in them , keep your chin up, ass down , stand up . Your mind doesn’t need to be in your scapula barely ever , unless your trying to train the upper back , so doing upper back rows

I honestly don’t even think about my scap at all , my mind is in my glute ham . I literally did the heaviest fucking hypers ever today and not a fraction of thought went to my scap , why would it ?

Entirely common for me And always have been, I ignore it , it’s just part of it for me , some stuff imo, is just part of getting big and strong , forearms / elbows taking a bit of a hit ( not like woahhh crazy pain , but always feeling a bit meh , is very part of it for me )
