S.a granite pulldown x 5 x 8 big progress
DY row x 6 x 8 big progress
Nautilus wide oulldown x 8 x 9 x 10 ( I really want this to work but it just diverges too much , nautilus have fucked the back pieces so much , the upper back row is so so shit , the high row would be ok if had a knee pad but only has a chest pad) , I like that it’s a Uni lateral pulldown in that plane for the pulldown but it’s a fucking frustrating piece . I will likely just opt for a conventional cable pulldown with a d handle attachment to a multi grip bar
Arsenal T bar x 6 x 7 x 8 , I do like this piece but you just have to be very strict imo to get the best from it , if you try to move weight , you lose the benefit of the machine a lot

Mate if you were training fasted and too low protien , honestly , don’t even up the dose ! Seriously , you will gain even more based on the changes to training and diet

Nice work first cycle and this is perfect , don’t go more ! I am certain if you make the same push up , you will get the same gains again
But let’s focus on some other areas , can you pinpoint some things you can improve on in training or nutrition during the last process ?

Ok so where you are now , it just gets much harder to grow and you can fitness your way out immediately as you just get too fatigued , so really once you get to where you have ( well done , its a cool spot ) , it’s then worth getting lean lean and then knowing , ok at 270 I’m gonna suck , so I need to make sure I gain as much quality on the way , you will then find you can likely get to 275 And still be ok
The first time I got to 250 in 2011 , I was like omggggg I’m gonna die , now at 250 I could do some very cool shit fitness wise 😂 , so it gets much easier

So the only thing I think after a certain point that warrants some variation is getting muscles past sticking points by setting up some with maintenance volume , that allows for all the recovery capabilities to flood to the weakness
Eg , upper / lower blows my legs up , as 3 sleeps is amazing frequency for my legs , they grow fast?m! But it’s so so for my
Upper body. If I try to push the volume in upper , I wreck myself entirely and then I can’t use the split for what it’s benefit is – legs . So then I would accept that I won’t get much upper growth , train it at ultra low volume to maintain / creep forward , but have all my focus into my legs to blow them upThis could then be set up for any body part with that approach
That being said , you can build HUGE muscle , huge huge , before needing to vary anything and just have even volume on a an upper/ lower set up and then a 3 on 1

So we have just finished a chest press which will be a designed by JP , under the granite brand . I took that leverage one I have and made adjustments across lots of areas , that will be a worthy purchase , I will have mine soon it’s just being finished atm
