Not much to do here but just be immaculately accurate everyday and grow a lot . I can feel when I’m in these sweet spots I add so so much muscle , so the next 3-4 months will be interesting

Exogenous t4 will often see low tsh , simply because of the negative feedback loop. If you want then free thyroxine to rise , increase the dose of t4 and re check blood work

There is nothing else to add on what you have said , in that , you push up as much as you can and that’s that , if you can’t get anymore , you can’t get anymore , there is absolutely nothing anyone else can say or do , that is bodybuilding and the genetic variability of it all combined with your job
Fats / carbs , it doesn’t matter , cals go up until they can’t anymore and that’s that , rinse and repeat , get what you can from each push

They are good if you can build muscle on them , I can on flat bench but once I get to 220 + i get hurt , which makes it a bad movement for me
I can’t grow much on barbell squat as my body spreads the load across all the muscles and nothing really grows as a result . I know people who can blow legs up on them

It doesn’t have to be in that order , the likely hood is though that you could grow a lot more from full body , as the stimulus you will need is so low per muscle so allows for frequent exposure

There are zero rules to exercise order , exercise selection or even rep Ranges . The only framework to this stuff is total session volume and body part volume not getting too high . The rest , is entirely and should be , personalised based exactly on what you like doing

I use every supp, I literally made them for me . The only ones I don’t use are zma , we did that as a cost efficient reduction on dream

can you adjust to daily shots and see how this feels? And can you get primo or masteron ? I am not anti eq at all, I like it , but it honestly is simpler with mast or primo

I agree with David, you keep finding ways to post your pics . What is it your really looking for ? I have said it to a few people in here that clearly suffer from some major anxiety and keep asking diff versions of the same questions in an effort to help . Therapy is going to help a lot lot more
