I’m still 268/269 , I really don’t plan on going over 280 , as it’s just near impossible for me to train super hard over it !

Summer time , if your out in the sun a lot , you could defo be ok on 1 tab

Usually when I pick up a chest knock , the safest way for me is to actually start with a pec dec , it lets me get warm and be in total control of the movement and then second is an overhead press, it’s annoying as means a bit of a rejig again , but It is what it is when pick uk knocks , I will do the Atlantis press , I like favouring that if it’s early in the session as that grip is kinder for me , so will do

I would look at reducing the carbs , and then moving your steps up , you want to make sure your in a deficit and the scale is coming down , so run the diet a few days , it’s likely going to be more protein than your used to , so weight could increase from literal food volume , but once that’s done , steps up / carbs down patiently 🙂

They will ask “ when do I go for a rep or increase weight “ . This question honestly does confuse me A LOT , because you don’t get to choose when you go for a rep . That gets given to you when your programming is right and recovery is right , there is no in the moment choice there. So the answer is you are always trying to add a rep, or more . The goal is always to try . But when that gets given to you has absolutely nothing to do with any thing other than knowing it’s a process where some sessions it will be there and others it won’t . So simply , add 0.5-1.25 always , and then still try to take your rep . If you don’t take it , you have added load , so then still got as close as you can to a very hard rep which is what causes most stimulation

Change exercises when they come a risk , and then revisit them . I got up to 11 plates a side on the Atlantis incline , so you have a LOT of wiggle room to keep going , the only reason 11 became hard is because of the lockout / ascending resistance profile . So I would rejig your mind a little . Very strong is Eddie hall , the rest of us aren’t there yet , so don’t for a moment think, Ah where do I go from here, you aren’t even remotely close to be thinking that . So just in the meantime , change movements , Rinse those , repeat repeat Repeat
