Upper back row x 7 x 8 x 7
Strive oulldown x 7 x 7
Rear delt row x 7 x 9
Strive upper back x 8 x 8
Single arm preacher x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5Literally everything up in weight and reps
The same will occur tmo
I hurt my chest a bit yday, I just popped some fibres , so push will need some rejigging sadly in the press work but no biggie , just a couple sessions lighter and making sure I’m very very warm safely

I understand it’s hard , but I will tell you a similar story , corinne woke up one Morning a few months ago and had lost all use of her left foot , she was operated on pretty fast but the foot is fucked as the nerve compression just saw the use of the foot never return , so this is someone that is a British, European, world powderllifting champion and an IFBB pro , who now in her new sport of bjj and mma , 3 days out from the European champs in Paris , can’t walk .
Guess what she did over the subsequent months , she simply went , I don’t give a fuck if I can’t walk, let alone run , I will get back to where I was .
It took her 5 months and she was back competing , she still can’t use the foot , when she walks it doesn’t really work properly at all , she doesn’t care , because what is she going to do !? She doesn’t have a choice , all she can do is go, fuck this I will still be a savage because I don’t need this foot
So , I know you want a pity party about not being able to press as much , but honestly you just need to look inwards and just go, I don’t give a fuck and just work as hard as you can and not stop until your wherever you want to be , because what else are you going to do !?

If you are sure you don’t have that kind of response then just go slower , I feel like it’s a waste of time largely though , you can get it all done in 20 and be dieted back down in 10 and then back into the next phase of all

Not relevant in any way at all unless you are fucking massive . Wasn’t relevant even for Ronnie or Jay, or this phrase won’t come out the mouth of a single decent pro . Just literally do any exercise , it won’t make the slightest bit of diff .

Very strong place to be at the end of a cruise sub 270 , this push is going to be fun!
I need to get back on the test / primo run for this one tbh , I know that my brain is going to turn to mush if I keep relying on nandrolone. All anabolics are shit , especially at 2+G , but if I want to do this a couple more years , I can limit the fuckery with smart choices for drugs at the very least . Nandrolone / mast , feels very good for me , but the impacts on brain health will no doubt be less than ideal if I just rely on that
Combo .So short version for anyone that then asks me to explain more , nandrolone = less healthy 👍
