Some people can do more , especially if very weak or very fit . But for most 14/15 total sets is wise

The answers will be in what you can progress , and your body will instantly tell you based on lift progressions
So can you recover from the above ? Ye maybe , but you have the guidelines for volume so then it’s about literally trying it
So , my advise is , you know the movements and volume , run it for a few weeks and then come back and tell us if it’s progress-able for you , as it’s only you that’s going to be able to work it out

It’s not REALLY important , at all . Do I think over the course of many years
Of taking this seriously , it’s a box that’s worth ticking yes . But I think every single box is worth ticking .I will add , you don’t get to pick when you get a plus one rep ( I find it VERY odd that isn’t already apparent , but that’s likely a reflection of just poor training ) , you can always however take a + 0.5 , which for most then means the effort needed for the reps is 100 percent and it is that effort that demands an adaptive response from the body

I don’t personally run blood work to find where to dose my primo : test
I find my doses entirely based on feel
And then may check to see where the estro is out of curiosity , but most of the time i don’t bother, as me knowing that number doesn’t impact the important part – how you feelI basically try to hold as little water as I can without my joints telling me to fuck off , so I tend to run much much higher primo to test
There is no right / wrong , just what feels good for you
