Yup sounds great and no set length, slower is better . If you get tired , like really really tired , have a week where you re add 500 cals , then keep going

Creatine is yes , it makes a big diff
Our curcumin , as it’s bcm95 , makes a huge diff on inflammation and recovery
Join in and osteo pro combo again , when I don’t take it , I can’t lift as heavy as my joints don’t recover . We made these 2 supps

At those steps and cardio , I would get cardio to 20 and steps down to 14k out the gate
And then also bump cals by 300
That’s a decent energy balance shift that training will be superb straight away
I then would be inclined to hold that while off cycle .
How long do you plan to stay off ?

At that kind of working hour , I would probably do ppl , 1 hour max sessions , maybe even split quads and hams up too if full legs takes over an hour

Very likely the cause is just the crazy jumps in progress, it happens to us all at some point
Is leg press pain free ? If done after leg curls so your super warm

My knees are healing ! So today was then true stimulus work again which made me very happy , just going to keep the PPL for a few more rotations , just so they can get an extra rest day before getting hit again
Seated ham x 7 x 6
Hyper x 4 x 5
Lying leg curl x 6 x 6
Banded leg press x 6 x 6 x 6
Leg ext x 6 x 7 x 8 x 5
Hip thrust x 6 x 6
Glute machine x 6 x 6
Adductor x 6 x 6
Calf x 9 x 9So on the leg press first set was 10 plates + 10kg / side , with then band total that roughly
Hirs another 6 plates at lockoutThen as the sets went on , 12 plates + 10 plate + 4 plates of banded tension
Final set 14 plates + 10kg , and then 2 plates of band tension
Next leg session at 4 sleeps I will just add one more set to leg press where go up in plate weight one more time and reduce the band one more time , as I know my knees will be that little more healed to handle more weight agajn in the hole

BUT the answer I gave you , is the one that’s actually helpful , because it’s very very key you understand that the question you asked me doesn’t have answers .

What ab movement do you like ? Do that
What calf movement do you like ? Do that
Rep ranges , doesn’t really matter , just go to failure
Tempo , anything you can standardise
