I would take the test to 300 , take the primo to 400/500 and then go from there

A top tip to save more , pay to train with people that aren’t bigger names but are training partners to bigger names that do train hard . You will then be able to do literally a session each weekend if you travel a bit , and won’t take long until you start to reprogramme your mind

So I started to do a back off set mostly on hammer strength pieces , that phrase was one I started to say in 2017 as most of the kit I trained on was HS , i found that with the resistance profile of the pieces being pretty extreme , over a long period of time I could keep my progress going with a back off set . I have no clue why, I don’t give a shit about the why for a lot of stuff, I care about the actual application and what gets results and that did
Can you do things in the same rep range , yes , on pieces you can adjust the profile I strongly encourage the same rep range

I also love the narrative change from the , how do you fit something into what you think is high total work ( fatigue based question ) , to then lower back pumps , to then injury lol .

I don’t particularly understand what doesn’t work , you either do it or don’t , what has how it feels have to do with it ?
It’s 100 percent person 2 , how are you getting injured from a movement done with good form?
It’s just constant but but but but , you can accept it or not, I don’t care , but the end result is you either are someone that gets it done , or doesn’t 🤷🏼♂️

15 is irrelevant , it’s 5 for quad , 5 isn’t high , 4 for ham , four isn’t high etc

Start with weakness , pick exercises you like , do them in any order you like , do the hinges .

MemberOctober 7, 2024 at 8:29 am in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSPush today, my food needs to come up a touch more , obv still have some lingering drugs from the cycle which will stay for a few weeks, I planned on only making one diet adjust but that’s just been swallowed up by metabolism speeding up post diet , which then can leave you in a bit of a hole , which I feel this morn , im 268 and look nice and lean , once I have cleared out , I can take my body weight up fully

On UL rest , why doesn’t it ? Your volume for leg work is so low !? It doesn’t in ppl very often as it’s more volume so less frequency . At this super low volume why can’t You hinge in lower ?
Start with weaknesses , general guideline , do things often next guideline . Just get it done ( the hinge ) , going to call that one a a rule , not a guideline
