Cruise dose oust into place Now , 175 test 225 primo , I adjust quickly based on feel , but that should have me sweet for 6 weeks .
Cals will just hold and I will hold here in weight , im floating around 270 and I’m pretty lean, I’m literally just setting myself up for the perfect prep start point now which will take me 6 ish months , where I’m 275 , lean , and food is high

There is no right or wrong to any of this . Pick movements that feel good , safe and get strong at them, that’s it in it’s most basic level 🙂

MemberSeptember 29, 2024 at 10:21 am in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSScott we went to 286 , This was actually perfect for me and then 2016 I came down to 252 and was in really superb condition , awful peak so the stage look was meh , I really dislike the way Scott Peaks FOR MY BODY , it has worked very well for many others .
Milos And Stefan I went over 300 , ye was just too fat , both of those preps I was 250 again baseline weight and was in very very good shape , but 50 pound preps are stupid. 30/35 pound is going to see anyone in much much better shape . When I compete again next year I will probably be 240 ish baseline weight , same size as before just another 10 pounds leaner again , so in real piss take condition , and I plan to start at 275 for that which isn’t far off where I am now and I’m very lean now
It takes a long time for people to realise that getting too heavy will cost you winning , the weight will come when it comes , winning is about being in shape and not having to diet off 50 pounds haha

It’s a really hard question for me to answer , because I know the extent to which it distracts people , but if your doing everything to the letter then it doesn’t hurt , I just know deep down , it’s never really a positive thing until someone really really has their shit together
Chest is going to be most active at long lengths , so avoid machines where possible that overload the lockout , that said , if that’s all you have , you will still build an immense amount of muscle ( see already how contradictory the topic is )
Triceps the opposite to chest
Lats seem most active at short lengths too , so this is where hammer pieces will be better for training the lat , but my overall preference for most will just be cables. Or obv prime machines
Those are three examples of where diff leverage of muscles will see greatest activated in diff positions of lifts
I honestly dislike talking about this topic more than anything now , I feel like it has single handedly causes the least amount of growth instead of
There is a chest press , do it . That’s all people need lol , and then the focus being on volume : frequency : intensity

It very much depends , if your pro level muscle yes, if your not , it doesn’t even need considering and that energy needs focusing on just acrually sticking to your plan .
How long have you been training?
At the moment do you have an exact meal plan ? Do you stick to that plan precisely ?

it’s a VERY impressive package mate for first show. If you want to be really really incredible at this and can follow things super strict , I would hire Kuba follow his plans to the letter from post show and then back end of next year you will be able to beat literally anyone in the uk

People with legit calfs have always done them . Researchers with no calves don’t like them . In these circumstances , I go with , well what exactly does it hurt to just do them ? Ohh alll thah time and effort wasted doing 2 sets of them . Just do them 🙂

In this situation , I personally would be totalling 250mg total anabolics , from test / primo / mast
Some people can take 250mg all test and feel great , but this is rare , so starting at 150mg + 100mg mast will do a great job . I personally would run that for 20 weeks while taking my body weight up very slowly
