Sanj you will be over 100 on 300 test unless you are a slightly poor converter , but I haven’t ever seen someone on 300mg under 100nmol/l in their blood work. 87 is fairly standard for 250 test prop ( which would be the same hormone equivalent as 280ish test e ) , if I was a good converter I would be over 100 on that dose. I remember josh Maley I think on 300 test hitting something absurd like 200nmol/L

I remember the dhea discussion previously and I don’t have absolute answers to that area sadly , beyond my scope of knowledge , but indeed it’s never ever been low, and tbh it’s crazy how my heamatocrit etc never goes high beyond simply a nice supra physiological benefit when I was on a boat load of shit , much like never had a high bp reading in my life , I remember when I was 310 pounds going to the gp for something , and then being so surprised my bp was fine . There is defo a genetic component to being able to take the drugs . But what I have noticed is how much better I do feel now, like holy shit guys I can’t even tell you the diff. You couldn’t pay me any money now to push back up heavy , Fuck that lol

Used to do 4 sets for upper back, still do 4
Used to do 2 pulls, still do 2
Have added lower back hyper for 1 rest pause
Used to do 2 shrug, still do 2
Etc etcSo pull session total volume – up by 2 , max 3 sets . Not worth mentioning lol 🙂

Nope , it’s also not that much more than usual.
Preciously did 4 compound sets for legs , now doing 6
Ham curl always done 2-3
Hyper always been that amount
Always done glute drive or pulls when feels gd
Never been able to leg ext but now I can I don’t do as many adductor setsSo total volume is what, 2 sets more than what it’s been for the last 3-4 years .
Is that really worth even commenting on? Imo no lol

Holy moly that session ruined me! But man it felt good, pinned some primo yday , so we are off , was a bit undecided on dose but in the end have just gone in with 100mg / day alongside my prop, using rohm, as I know you guys will ask. I have some genotropin gh en route that I trust , so I will use that too as it holds very little for me , 3iu per day max but I won’t start at that, will start at 1iu and increase based on g.I feel , if it causes me g.I issues I will drop it

I’m hovering around the 262 mark still, I don’t expect my weight to climb at all really from the primo , Should just recomp a bit , get stronger and then probably need to up my food a little as a result , which will help me gain more strength .
We fly tmo, feels SO good not being nervous about travel because I can walk through the airport pain free lol . When I was 300 pounds and we went to Australia with Luke in 2018 , I had to be wheeled through Abu Dhabi to make the connection flight as I was just too heavy to walk the 30 + mins needed haha , never , ever again lol

Everyone is very different in terms of ratio , I personally feel good at test- primo 1:3 , so for example 250 test 750 primo for ME feels good. For others that may lower their e2 way too low than they are used to and they don’t feel too great .
700mg is more than enough drugs to build a LOT of muscle , like a fucking shit load of muscle . And at 1:1 ratio it’s a very safe bet you will feel excellent and e2 / libido will be spot on

Literally comes down to whatever you can do and whatever feels good and doesn’t drive you insane in pursuit of your goals 🙂 , can add in skipping it it helps haha – I use that example just to drive home that it’s just movement , move however you like . Corinne does some swimming daily and through her prep increased the number of lengths , if she could jump rope I’m sure she would skip too for example.

I’m really used to being a little lower on the e2 , as I mostly spent my time e2 bottomed out from low test , high eq and primo cycles – so for me I actually now feel good with e2 right at the low end of normal. Obv I feel even better here , but I’m very much ok with it bejng in the 50s/60s which I predict from primo going ontop of the test. We shall see what bloods say in 6 weeks and can compare 🙂

Test up at 350 with body fat where it is, compared to current visual – will have you very soft .
I would honestly totally disregard anything to do with the stage for a gd bit, come down 30 pounds , then slowly rebuild another 20 pounds – do that process over 8-9 months

It is overkill , they are only doing it to be able to charge a fee for a service they don’t need to provide . Once every 12 weeks is totally acceptable to start and then after that every 16 weeks , then tbh 20-24 weeks as nothing will change in your blood work from the trt perspective and if your making wholesale changes to your lifestyle with diet and training blood work is only going to keep getting better over time

Primo doesn’t , if e2 is too low does. So if you run primo disproportionately high to test and don’t know your e2 numbers that occur as a result , you can lower libido yes. Do you remember the last post you made , we tried to explain the same in that one 🙂
