For people I prep I favour high carb , for me personally my digestion does better on lower volume food occupying less space in my stomach , so I like high fat . In terms of energy and performance I notice zero diff between using carbs or fats as fuel

Drop it , no need with primo in, it will serve the same purpose as mast at that dose but build a lot more muscle

Takes months to build muscle , if it’s only been a 500 cal adjustment over months , you need longer and need cals to adjust further , for example I will end a diet on maybe 3000 cals and then over the course of 6 months increase my cals to 5000 at peak.

If was me, I would probably change up the cycle as a whole now and go to 350 test 550 primo – this will see you in a much better spot in terms of overall progress for the mg drugs being used and likely getting away with using any a.I , I would also pin eod to lower estro also .

Cracking push session , few exercises changed to start a new phase , I’m a fair bit down on my all time best on them, as expected but I can claw them back up and then when primo goes in blood work depending, I can then bring them back up fast

Eq will be competing for e2 conversion so at 400 test you won’t have high e2 , eq always lowers e2 in blood work , that’s why I have all my guys using moderate test + eq + mast + primo all in combo – this has them all with low e2 in a prep with no a.I use . But just for reference be good for you to check to see where your e2 falls on that combo

Really heavy training seemed to of done that too , anecdotally everyone that got super strong , was always harder and grainier once they were peeled

So you were at 334 how many weeks in ? And that was no adex , and then added adex and how many weeks in was the second blood test giving 274?
