Agree with Clare , at that carb intake it will be impossible for it not to increase slightly , too much fibre isn’t ideal , just let your own digestion be your feedback , if all feels good then all is good 🙂

Again agreed , 125-127 would be really nice, if you came back upto 110 fairly quickly to feel normal and could train hard ( don’t fuck about at 102/103/104 etc for very long , just feeling shit and training poor Vs what you could . Then super slow steady climb to 125-127 for improvements

Totally agree , it will be execution . I’m always super intrigued however when I hear people say weak by a mile , can you post pics? As I’m always interested as often I will see pics and then I think, well you have no legs or back , but have pinpointed the chest or arms . Arms are the usual example I see most often with this

I think you will look and feel fucking awesome off this cycle , if your lean and want to feel really fucking awesome , consider 5-10mg dbol pre wo only too with this , then your talking perfect e2 , great mood, great pumps and basically no sides at all

I was using a quarter tab at some points of aromasin but I stopped that now as my HDL was a touch down and I know that just stopping the aromasin and letting my estro rise will get that there

10 weeks at 150 test is low, 6 weeks there is ample then start to bump it up and you will respond to small amounts
6 weeks at 150 test then add 150 test and maybe 100 primo or 50 npp, then after another 4 weeks make another small bump again by 150mg total
